I have a question for you, why do some players do a body feint not much differently than many show, for example, Messi or Neymar, they do not do everyone the usual classic body feint but a jump on one leg, hop body feint. and how will he learn how to do it? Mike, could you show an example for a gym session ? How often would you recommend how many upper/lower, plyos ? I'm only going to the gym 3 times per week, and now my primary goal is my upper body strength, and plyos n the last day. And what about my lower body ?
@@fragsteryt4567 No. I have seen 7mlc's highlights, Chhetri has good finishing. 7mlc will be able to play in India easily but Sunil chhetri won't be able to do the same in Europe.
