UPDATE we found a bolt and followed the instructions in the video! Very helpful, the filter was screwed on pretty tight too! I'll see if I can get him the right size tool to do it, to ease the process next time around :) Worth a shot asking here, My dad owns a ck4010 and lost one of the oil plugs, what size do these bolts run in? I checked the manual and online but no sign of the size of that singular bolt in hope that we can find a replacement for it.. I hope someone with an answer or an idea sees this !
