Someone actually put needles in candy in my hometown this year, they found quite a few and called the local police. Actually sharks will attack anything with one bite if it's in there territory. That is if they are territorial, it's a warning bite that kills.

***** There is no such thing as an accidental attack. Sharks do attack humans on purpose (take a look at videos showing them engaging shark tanks), they merely don't do it because they see one of their main food sources. They usually don't know the taste of human flesh yet and are unaware of how a human will react to them. This leads to them being more cautious at first. Once they've taken a bite and determine they don't like the taste, they'll usually swim away.

Kidneys actually DO get stolen in 3rd world countries. I fell ill once (stomach pain and vomiting) while visiting a 3rd world country, and so I went to the local hospital where the doctor told me I need to have my appendix removed. I was about to let them operate on me but my Aunt wouldn't allow it. She took me to see a more experienced doctor who said that I just have a simple case of diarrhea and taking some medication will cure me in no time. He was right. He also warned me that the first doctor probably would have stolen one of my kidneys and sold it on the blackmarket, as they are worth thousands of dollars there. Thanks to my Aunt I have both my kidneys. :)
