Last day to TURN IT UP! Adding in a COMPLEX section that uses one set of weights for all 4 moves performed back to back. Again we are using HEAVY weights for Day-5 Strength in our DIAL IN week. The goal for this week is to build muscle [not get bigger ladies], and train a little differently so we keep that metabolism stoked all day. Remember, change means change!

Yes! This was awesome. You are so strong! I’m able to use the same pound dumbbells as you but on a few exercises where you get 15 reps I only get 12, I love that you push us to go heavy though 😊

Great job! Now my boys would laugh and say I'm not strong...they giggle when I say I'm going heavy and grab the 15 or 20lb weight.

This was great. I do body pump 3 times a week but because there are so many reps, I can’t go this heavy. I really felt this in a different way . Thank you once again 🙏🏻❤️

Awesome workout! 💪💦 I just subscribed to your channel today. I do exercises at my desk at work sometimes. I will definitely incorporate some of the moves you demonstrated today. I keep a 15 lb weight under my desk at work 🤣
