Hi Michelle. This was my first trampoline workout. I have been an avid workout enthusiast my entire life, but have never tried rebounding. (only took me 52 years, LOL) Got a mini trampoline for Christmas. So excited. Loved my first workout. Definitely a little bit of a learning curve, but by the end I was feeling comfortable and able to step it up a little bit. Just need to watch out for the ceiling, 😂. Can't wait to try put some more of your workouts. Thanks!

The cardio was great! I worked up a good sweat. Loved the 11 min abs at the end. Each ab exercise being 1 min, really made me feel like I was working my abs to the max. Really enjoyed this rebounder combo! You’re the best Michelle!
I really love your trampoline serious and that become my daily exercise. Actually I got trampoline about a month ago. Sometimes I feel difficult and just slow down myself.
Depends on if your trampoline is firmer so you can go faster. When you're ready to level up you should look into the Jumpsport trampolines. They have adjustable bungees.👍

This was tough, day two on my period (my ”worst” day) and had to modify some moves and felt weak. That made me feel bad but I finished and for that i choose go feel proud of myself. Thanks for the videos, they are awesome

Thank you, Michelle I do the trampoline-like 4 x a week involving your weight training even tho I get some pain but I still manage to stretch a lot after and use my waist trainer for my back you are absolutely the best!! God bless you

These are the best trampoline workouts I’ve done. I do have some trouble hearing your voice tho as the music is loud. I have become my mother. Next video I do will be your barre bounce.

Which model of trampoline do you suggest if you are just starting? I'm trying to decide if getting one in the 200's, 300's or 400's is there any different on the bouncing? What size is better? 39" or 44" for beginners? Bar or no bar? Thank you

@@MichelleBriehler I guess. It’s fun to have some different moves, but I felt like the switch between moves was frequent so I was focusing too much on trying to keep up and remember the choreography. Rebounding is generally more fun anyway so maybe less switching from one move to the next so quickly. 🤷♀️
