I don't know if you're like me, but I strive to hit 10,000 steps daily, but there are days when I fall short. To achieve this daily goal I have found that bouncing on my trampoline is super effective, fun and easy! I hope this helps you get your steps in too! I've been rebounding for 8 yrs and this is in my top 5 favorite workouts. Love the music, simple consistent and precise movements for 1 minute each. Excellent workout! Would love to see more like this one. ❤️

I am LOVING this class. I love the pace and simplicity of the movements, plus fun music. By round three I’m freestyling a lot of my own moves and have endorphins flowing!

Ok did the 30 min cardio HIIT, then added this one but used ankle weights and laceups. Got a solid hour of great cardio. Thanks Michelle!

Love this one. I find that when I do my rebounder workouts and then general stuff during the day I find I reach my step count way faster. Love the rebounder especially with the heavy weights 😅

Needed something a little more gentle & fun today - & a bit of bouncing ALWAYS makes me smile😊. I did add 1lb ankle & hand weights just to fire it up a bit & boy, it definitely fired me up! I’m melting!!! Loved it. Thank you, Michelle. You NEVER let me down 👍🏻💪🏼😊

This is a brilliant, easy to follow workout. I was a bit sore in the thighs from strength training the day before, but still wanted to exercise. It hit the spot!

Got my 10K walk with my dogs yesterday, 5K walk today... Will be doing this rebounder 4,000 steps workout this evening.. Thanks, Michelle for doing something a little more on the low impact side... Love my rebounder ..

Hi from Germany 😊 I loved your workout, im totally sweating, although i had more breaks anda took it a step slower. I reached 4000 Steps, it was fun, i was just a bit scared because i used the Trampoline of my Kids 😂😂. Please if possibles lower the music and try to put your mic Volume up, i couldn't understand the instructions good. Thank you 🎉

You can always log it as "dancing". Calories and heart info are fantastic from bouncing/dancing

All Levels. You can crank up the bounce if you want more, or even add wrist weights. 😘
