Ready for the longest Upper Body Strength Workout I have shared so far? This new 50 MIN UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT - we will be targeting and strengthening all the muscles in your upper body: Chest, Back, Shoulder, Biceps, Triceps and Core for sure.
Get ready to feel the burn and see amazing results!
I used 2x 10 kg & 2x5 kg DB for your reference! 💪🏻
I hope you are ready to join me on the mat! 🔥
Make sure to make this workout as intense as it can be for you.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

Holy finisher! I wasn't ready for that. I didn't even use a weight for the jumping Jack's. Great workout. I used 20 for everything except 12 for shoulder presses & 5 for the rear delt flies and lateral raises.

Definitely a 💦session. 50 minutes was not noticeable because the routine was so well thought of.👊. I had to do some variation with the weights windmill / side plank (I've discovered my limit... for now 😊) but I agree with everyone this was 'amazing' and 'great'. Thank you so much for taking us out of our comfort zone and helping us realize our true potential in making ourselves better - mind, body and overall health! 💪👍❤👊

Done, half of it. Made it my own, by avoiding too much weight on wrists (elbow pushup stance) since I had a bit of pain already before the workout, and split it to do the other half on another day. Thank you Kay!!

Ein Mega Mega Workout! Bin total begeistert! 🤩 habe jede einzelne Übung genossen und verflucht. This was a amazing upper body work out!! I love your format. My heart rate always stays up. I love how the warm up and cool down is separate from the work outs unlike some other trainers on You Tube!! The finisher was amazing!!!
