Thanks for the continuing inspiration too. I'm so looking forward to putting down this sort of power. We can't even get E85 at the pumps here in New Zealand any more because every last drop of the alcohol we produce is going to you guys for hand sanitizer!! True story. My poor cars been gathering dust with a half-finished tune for close to a year now.
This makes total sense to me... the PT 5858 is only rated for around 620 crank hp, so it is probably maxed out on turbine speed. Nice numbers though on that turbo!

Brilliant mate good power so glad it didn't go bang for you I'm ko4 hybrids stage 3 meth injected FDP rods je pistons fully rebuilt heads custom fmic manifolds 3inch dp full system keeping it at 500bhp can do more but it's all IL ever need for the road 😎

Fyi I'm in NJ out 78 west .so I decided to run the 2.8 heads and I'm stroking it ...gigidy gigidy..My question is, size injectors and fuel upgrade which should I go with , should I meth injection or run flex .. I'm new to audis I want to see hi 6s low 700hp . Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated . Hope to hear from u much love
Hey man thanks! This sounds like it’s gonna be a monster!! I would at injectors if at least 1000 cc and maybe higher flow. Also for those numbers I’d highly recommend you run e85. It will make it a whole lot easier to make that power number. Best of luck!
Luckily I haven’t run into any issues. I will note that oil temps do climb very quickly after a few pulls, specially with a turbo that is only oil cooled, and I run a oil cooler to help with that. But intake air temps and overall temps he been very controlled
Where in long island did you go I live on Long Island and I’m trying to find somewhere to tune my B5 S4 because I did an RS4 K04 twin turbo kit to replace the stock turbos!
Nice numbers. I'm seriously debating on STK for my c5A6. Right now I'm in the middle of the motor pull for stage 3 k04 swap. But I'm doing rods and new rings as well as all the while I'm in there parts during the motor pull. But I know with k04s I won't make enough power for the factory rods to go. So I bought a set. Really debating either tial 770.2 or a big STK. How's the lag with the STK I love the quick spool of the k03s and k04s. That's my biggest hold back on a big STK. Is the lag. How's yours with the precision turbo?
Hey man, it’s definitely laggy, full lost come on just before 4K rpm. Honestly the tails are a very solid option although still a bit laggy, I would honestly got with either k04’s or the 770’s unless you want the sound and turbo selection of going single.
So far it’s great! I think I’ll stick with a similar sized Xona Rotor turbo as an upgrade. Better flow from them and also ball bearing instead of the journal.
Did you upgrade your sychros? Do you think a 450awhp car with K24s need the synchro upgrade? Is your current build running stock 2.8 heads or supertech stuff?
@@CIPGAS Understandable. I'm reading through endless forum nonsense and cannot decide if I'll do built 2.7 heads with 2.8 intake cams or go all out with the 2.8 heads. Either way, head building is not cheap! Followed your STK build videos a lot which has helped a great deal with what I'm doing now. Thank you!

I cant get a response from anyone regarding a tune. Prjtb5 wont respond to any msgs. I cant reach anyone at GET. and no response either. Can you recommend anyone else? Im willing to trailer the car 1k miles if need be.
