Or you could always, as I have seen in another video, just buy a small heater core about the size of the cabin air filter. And plumbing in there! Wow that was a whole boatload easier!!
Зря конечно не разобрал печку. Там на наверняка рассыпался утеплитель на задвижках. По кругу на пластиковых частях радиатора печки тоже должен быть утеплитель. А так красавчик! 👍
Big thanks to you, I followed all the steps, and the replacement was done neatly. One small issue though, my interior lights and blinkers when locking do not work anymore, do you have any idea on the cause ?

Hello CIP GAS, I understand you no longer on this engine but my question is do you remember how you installed the coolant feed banjo bolt on the left side turbo? Banjo bolt hitting turbo and cant screw straight down with adapter
Hey man, That banjo is a pain to get in. What worked best for me is to install it on the turbo first while it is off the car and then install the turbo with the coolant hose already installed
What’s up my brother hope you doing well and I was wondering if you where using EmuBlack with PnP harness back when you had the v6 original turbo, I’m asking because we just installed that set up on my S4 and bro the base map ECUMaster provided is all mess up and we are having a hard time getting the car to have spark
Hey man thanks! I didn’t run the emu black on the 2.7t so not much experience there. But I would give a solid check to the trigger logs to make sure the cam sensor and crank sensor are synced That was causing no spark issues with the vr6 at first
@@CIPGAS Dude for real that why I was reaching out because I was having soo much trouble with the coil pinout and the trigger tooth and some VR sensor and all bunch of weird crap, I had to contact them and they noticed that it was all mix up in the base map and Chris fix it and went the extra mile tuning all tables to have it perfect for tuning, and my weird problem now is with can hi and low been short out or not there and I could switch canbus off and turn green and switch on and says canbus error with technical support and it seems within the wiring where the problem is but the funny shit is that if I plug my original box the rpm works and not with EMUBLACK wth
You had the yellow front calipers installed correctly in the other video, but here the fronts are on the wrong side. These brake calipers are directional and the leading pistons are smaller in diameter in order to combat uneven wear of the brake pads. ZL is always on the left side and ZR on the right.

Do you know if those orange tabs in the back lower arm bushing were supposed to be left in? My arms came with those too and I left them in like you did
Watching your videos has convinced me to do the diff mount upgrades. Just ordered the parts from Verkline here in the UK. I have not heard of them before but the reviews are good. So new shiny parts are in the post and much swearing and grazed knuckles await.
Any opinions on the Maxspeedingrod gt3582 turbo? For VR6 i've seen you use the connectingrods have they been fine? The mxr billet gt3582 turbo is $197 and the pulsar gt3582 turbo is $592 Greetings from Australia. Car looks sick

You like this set up better thsn the 2.7? Why? Do you have a video on it? Reason im asking is because i wanted to build an s4 b5 but if incan make more power with the vr6 i might aswell jus get an a4 and swap it and spend less money on the car it self being an a4
