quasi 20 ans qui sépare les 2 machines .... c'est pour dire...le 4temps c'est vraiment des machines a papy....on aurrait 250 CV pour 150 Kg avec un 2temp aujourd'hui...

Tuned with jetting, porting and competition expansion chambers these bikes were devastating. They came from the factory detuned. Stock the bike couldn't match the 1100s but tuned put this bike in a whole other category of bike. In fact it was actually able to match AMA 1100 acceleration rates and then some just with those changes. This bike fully modded was rumoured to have 140 bhp. This bike is still detuned.
@@ghost500e remembering my high school physics lesson, mass only affects acceleration, NOT speed, so reading my reply again I guess I said the wrong thing. I had a 87 GSXR1100 and rode a Canadian RG500 and they did accelerate about the same but I never topped out the RG like I did my GSXR.
