This is the last video in this series. Where we arrive back in Scotland via the Faroe Islands, after completing a 5000-nautical mile circuit of the Arctic.
We find ourselves in the middle of the world's biggest water fight and get boarded by (mini) pirates.
This is another place we wished we had been able to spend more time in and is definitely worth a return visit.
Check out the rest of the films in the series where we get to visit Norway, Bjørnøya, Svalbard, and Iceland...

Thanks for you lovely comment. We are so glad you enjoyed the videos. We never set out with any intention of starting a RU-vid sailing channel, but after this trip we had so much amazing footage from all the places we visited we thought it would be a shame not to share. Hiraeth is a Wauquiez Centurion 42 she was built in 1987 Cheers 🥂here's to the next adventure !

Brilliant story telling for the whole trip, thanks I really enjoyed the journey with you. The Suðuroy festival looked a lot of fun and a little crazy at the same time.

Thanks Keith, yes it was a lovey surprise when you knocked on our hull in Millport and we enjoyed the chat. The Gin was amazing and we have already ordered another bottle as it didn't last long with all this sunshine Thanks again Sally & Miles

Have loved watching your trips. I enjoy a few different sailing channels and yours is the most honest - your sailing experience (and climbing) reminds me of the trips I've done. Well done and would love to see more in the future.

Terrific. Ive been confined to my bunk with the "scurvy" forthe last few months and this has been a real boost to me. Thank you.

This fantastic arctic voyage has been the perfect way to get back into the sailing mindset while waiting for the ice to melt and the sailing season to begin. Thanks!

A very enjoyable video. I noticed on you map that you've done some of the fjords on the west coast of Norway. Can you recommend where those videos start on your channel so I can binge watch them?! I live in Juneau, Alaska, and the southeast Alaska panhandle is full of fjords and I enjoy taking my sailboat out on them, so would be interested in seeing how those in Norway stack up. My goodness, those cliffs at 5:45 in the video are sure amazing and it's cool that you were able to get up into one and anchor for a bit. Too bad you couldn't explore those sea caves though. Good job working the tides. So important where I live and sail, since our spring king tides can range up to 8 meters between the high and low tides. Makes anchoring and going through small bay entrances challenging.
