5000 STEPS FAST Walking Workout to Burn Fat & Boost Your Mood | No Repeats

Looking for good vibes and an intense sweat? Well, you've come to the right place!!
Today we are doing things a bit differently. Our intervals of exercise to walk will vary throughout the workout to keep you on your toes, and ready for the next exercise. This will make the workout go quicker and will challenge you in new ways both in endurance and strength.
So what I want for you to do, is promise me that you are going to give it your 110% the entire way through. Dont give up a couple seconds before the ding, and keep your head up.
Don't forget to keep breathing. This is so important when working out. Not only is breathing how you give your muscles the necessary fuel to complete the exercises, breathing out (via carbon dioxide) is one pathway for fat loss (yes it comes out as you breathe out). So, keep your breathing steady and be mindful of it. Breathing properly can make or break a workout!
This workout will challenge the entire body. We start with a 5 minute warm up, then take about 5 minutes each to work on our cardiovascular endurance, upper body, lower body, abs, and finisher (respectively).
Don't worry; I have included 2 water breaks in there for you so that we are staying hydrated and feeling our best to give it our best

From September 1st to October 28th, 81kg to 72kg. I followed this workout almost everyday 1hr after dinner. (except period)And I gave up milk tea and fried food. I'm from China, there are lots of people follow Jo's workout, it doesn't hurt knees. We call her "sister Jo", because she is so inspiring and we love her smile! I'm happy with my result, and I feel more healthy and energetic🎉🎉 thank you sister Jo!

I actually cried when I completed this video. My dog passed away 2 yrs ago & I went into depression mode, no motivation at all. I gained ALLOT of weight. I've been watching your videos for sometime and got up today and did it. Thank you!

@@robynettepritchett4373 Same. If I am bored, I will not workout. I have been doing her workouts since 2021 consistently, and I am in the best shape I have ever been in my entire life. Her exercises went from being extremely hard to extremely easy. Now, I have started adding weights to her exercises.

She also doesn't do that "okay guys, 5, 4, 3,, 2, 1" which makes me swear at the screen because now I'm focused on how long I have left. I wait for those beeps, and then check what's next, but otherwise I just focus on my form etc. Much better. Then I turn around and see her giggling or fanning herself and it's like, well, it's not just me!!!

Did half this workout with my 1-year-old on my hip. Wasn't able to do all the moves correctly, but I did my best and pushed through! I'm not going to listen to the lies Satan tells me that I can't work out because my baby "won't let me." No more excuses for this momma!

I have two children ( 4 and 5) the oldest being autistic, both of them homeschooled and being a single mom, living in the states with no family; I've let go of my health and neglected myself for the longest. Full of excuses and poor self-esteem took me to the heaviest I've ever been. But I renounce to satan lies telling me I'm never going to be anything more than a single mom, and that this is who I am. I'm on track to a healthy lifestyle, where I am as important to my kids as they're to me and I need to take care of me as I take care of them. We're doing great Mama! Let's keep pushing! Omg Mama, my 1 year old also woke up halfway through this workout, carried her as well to do some of the moves. She loved it and I died, but hey, no pain no gain 😂 initially I was also like Ah shucks, there goes my workout, then I thought no screw it we are finishing this workout! 😤

I did it! I was having a very crappy day. Cried twice, hid myself in the bathroom, slugged around the house. It's 1AM and I decided to search for Jo's videos. I wanted to feel accomplished about at least ONE thing today. 35 minutes later, I did it!!! What a great mood booster. For anyone reading the comments and doubting yourself, just stand up tall and do it!!!

If you're reading this, please let me assure you that it works. I do one stretching video and one 30 minute work out video between 3-5 times a week. At first I wasn't losing weight but I felt better and it reduced some of my anxiety symptoms. Feeling good allowed me to finally start working on my diet, and now I eat 1900 calories a day or less. I'm down 10 pounds in 60 days and I'm down two pant sizes. You can get healthier with Jo, no fancy equipment, no gym, literally just Jo and staying under 2000 calories

Finally, after 3 tries, I completed the whole video! I'm 27 but I've never, EVER worked out (I always found it boring and gave up after one try lol...). This is a huge achievement for me. Such a fun workout and easy to do, I won't give up this time 💪🏻

I want to thank you for existing and making these super easy, quick and less intimidating workout videos. I had my life together until 2023 when I had a bad breakup, my only living grandparent passed away and I lost track of working out and staying fit completely. Started smoking, drinking, binge eating and gained so much weight along with just feeling like shit about myself and my body. Last week, I decided that this is not how I want to live. But when you get back to working out, you feel so intimidated about all the workouts that you know you used to do but you don't have faith in yourself anymore... then I stumbled upon you, started with 20 minutes and now I'm here, completing this entire thing. I have lost over 6 inches off my waist over the past 6 months thanks to you! I rarely ever comment here but I would love for this to motivate and give someone else hope. I would do any growwithjo 30 minute workout everyday, paired with an hour of walking. Nutrition wise, I eat whatever I want but in smaller portions now and this has been a game changer for me. Other than that, this journey has upped my endurance, happiness levels and helped regulate my cycle and sleeping schedule! Much love.

God is so good! I made it to the end of this workout (praying in the last five minutes or so for strength to push my stubborn body through it). I was 264 pounds my last weight check, which was five days ago. Before then, all the month of August, I was doing your beginner workouts. That took six inches off my belly, two inches off each arm, and one inch off each leg. Ladies, these workouts DO WORK! I feel energized right now and my mood is great. Thank you, growwithjo, for doing these. You're helping a lot of us ladies regain our confidence, our strength, and our health. God bless you!

Depression has been handing me my bum on a plate just about daily. Starting weight: 82kg(180lbs) Height: 155cm(5'1) How many kgs lost so far: 7kgs (15 pounds!) Current weight: 75kgs(165lbs) Goal weight: 50kg Day 1! ✅️ Day 2! ✅️ Day 3! ✅️ Day 4! ✅️ Day 5! ✅️(today was such a busy day and I almost couldn't do it! But I powered through and did it in the kitchen😂) Day 6! ✅️ (couldn't do it for 3 days cuz work was hectic but we gonna ignore and keep pushing!) Day 7! ✅️ (crazy how much stronger I feel! It's so refreshing!) Day 8! ✅️ (except I only did 10 mins cuz I took an hour walk and my legs were killing me lol) Day 9! ✅️ Day 10! ✅️ (lost 3kgs!) Day 11! ✅️ Took a little break because of my knees but continued on a calorie deficit and walks and lost another 2 kgs! Back on it again since I feel much better! Goal is to reach 40 days. This was hard, I shed a tear through it because I am doing a 30 day challenge of working out with jo for 30 days and I’m on day 14 and it’s been hard but this one hit all the emotions! @@anetaahona8092 I did not take a break I went all the way through 30 days. I had to do this to gain consistency and stamina. I took 3 days off after my 30 days and went to the beach to relax!

I’ve done this workout a couple times but last night was the first time that I felt confident enough to do the jumping exercise. I just about cried when I could do it! I’ve lost 30 pounds so far with a mix of your amazing videos and making better eating choices. Thank you for being such an inspiration and creating workouts that I can do or modify easily! I feel far better than when I started. I wanted to give up at 8 mins. I drank some water and kept pushing through. Thank you Jo. Day 1 of week 2 back at it. 30 Mins daily!!! There's no goal for body or any weight goal anymore. Just movement and health because the rest will come.

I’m so proud of myself right now! i tend to stick with your 15/20 minute videos or dance videos but i decided to challenge myself to something a bit more intense and I FEEL AMAZING! I burnt 261 active calories and i feel like i’ve started my day on a good note. To anyone reading this please believe in yourself, I weighed 18 stone when i first started my journey and i’m now at 12 stone. KEEP SHOWING UP! start small by going for 15 minutes walks thats what i did until i started feeling fit enough to do 40 minutes of walking and then continued building up from there, trust me you can do this don’t give up on yourself:)

i've been working out with you since the beginning of 2021. just made a bioimpedance exam and i've lost 8kg of fat and gained 4kg of muscle since then!! i used to have a very unhealthy amount of body fat (i was "skinny fat") and i'm really happy with my progress! thank you so so much, jo!! ❤️❤️❤️

I an 72 and have working with you for 5 days and I'm keeping up. I have 11screws and plate in one ankle and Dr's don't know how I walk on other ankle because my talus bone is dead. I don't limp. I have 20 pds of fat I'm working on, trying to lower blood pressure. I'm also following Anthony Williams liver rescue to help. I don't like Dr's. I know what they do to people. I decided to give this workout a try at 9pm at night because it’s been 15 years of being the fat supportive friend who wants nothing but to make everyone else feel loved and beautiful in their own body, i felt like it was time to make a change. I tried this and can honestly say that it was so much fun 😊 I got through the first 15 minutes with such ease and reach the 20 minute mark not long after! I didn’t finish but I can honestly say I am so sore and feel so hopeful 🥰 I will definitely come back after I recover! -update- Thank you so much for all the sweet comments 🥺 I am still pushing onward and so should you! Don't underestimate this workout. It is a complete workout in 1. I wasnt able to move as fast so I got 3174 steps (my first time) but my heart rate was UP! Beautiful girl...beautiful energy and encouragement. ♡

Starting weight: ~70 kg Height: 168 cm Goal weight: 50 kg I've got 20 kg to lose (15 kg now) 23.06.2024 - start Day 1: it was really hard to complete, i gave up at 24 minutes, but thats fine, ill be better and stronger tomorrow Day 2: done!! im not in my best form so its really tiring me... Day 3: ✔️ Day 4: doneeeee Day 5: i did only 10 minutes + stretching because i am really tired and sleepy Day 6: - 2 kg... i also added massage in shower and stated eat less (in a healthy way, im eating 3 times a day, but its healthy food) Day 7: ive done 15 minutes of training cause i was really busy today, but i did more than 10.000 steps, so im proud of myself Day 8: done! ps/ i eat more than i wanted today, so i decided to do also 20 MIN Feel Good Cardio Dance Workout before going to bed Day 9: I DID ALL exercices... im so proud, and i can feel how much stronger i became, yeah its slow but it happens I stopped for a few days cause I have a big project at work, I will return to exercise again. Day 1: ✔️ Day 2: done I lost my comment for a while and thanks for your comments, you guys helped me to find it!! I did exercises everyday and I already lost another 3 kilo!!!!!!! I guess it’s my DAY 14?? Im doing better, I’m stronger and motivated! Sometimes it’s hard to to something, because Im lazy or tired, but discipline is the hardest part of training and i want to improve myself ☝🏻 my depression hits me hard and im tired of everything. i hope i will recover soon and restart my walking training

I couldn't do some of the moves, especially the jumping ones. But I kept my feet moving the whole time and still got in 3316 steps and burned 424 calories. Beginners can still do this workout, just keep your heart rate up even if you can't do the moves. I'm 5'7 and about 265 ish lbs. Thank you, Jo! ❤️

I'm lost for words about this video and your channel. As a former teacher, I like your choreo. The routines are easy to follow and great for all levels. One could also go out their own pace. You are so real. You look stunning like model but I saw a later video where it looks like you lost weight and got more toned . It shows that your system works and you are not one of those fake teachers who post fake before and after videos. Furthermore , I saw a 7 day challenge post of one of your students. She did great and became more fit.. She did not lose weight but she admitted how she didn't diet. That Also shows how keep it real. You could have been like most fitness experts and not post it. I admire your full disclosure.

Ok, im 28 years old 29 in December and I needed the change. Never have I ever woken up at 5:30 to do a workout, but I finally did. And I did it all the way. Slowed down here and there, but finished. Finishing this workout was so emotional for me! I’m asthmatic and not in that great of shape. I’ve been doing your workouts consistently for the past 3 weeks! I didn’t even need my inhaler after this workout-I feel myself building stamina and getting so much stronger! Thank you so much. God bless you!

I did the whole thing. i used to workout to your videos every other day, butt he past three weeks, I could barely get one or two workout sessions done. I'm so happy I finished this one today. It was just the boost I needed. I hope i'll be able to follow your workouts daily again starting today. Thanks to your videos I've gone down from BMI 35 to BMI 25, I started somewhere in June 2021. I'm finally in the normal weight category! yeay me!

I took a break in between at different intervals but feel so accomplished having finished the workout. -It's not how fast you complete it but whether you kept going despite challenges until the end. That is what matters.

I feel liberated after using your workout videos! I do this one and the 30 minute dumbbell shred 4-5 days a week and I have seen a big difference physically, but most importantly mentally. Now my goal is to include better eating habits with these workouts. Even small steps can lead to big changes and transformations 💜

Crushed it! Currently about 8 weeks postpartum and loving your workouts for fast paced, low impact cardio! It’s also a bonus that I don’t need much room to move so I can do your workouts in my living room while my husband is at work and am able to watch my son and sweat at the same time! Woke up this morning feeling totally awful about myself. Didn’t want to get up just wanted to hide in my bed but convinced myself I’d feel better for being active and this has lifted my mood for sure. I might not feel the best today but I can be proud of showing up for myself

I have enjoyed many of your workouts but now at 66 I’m on a different mission. I need to increase my bone density and I was able to use this one as a template. I didn’t make it straight through, but I continued until it was completed and am completely exhausted and feeling good at the same time. This is definitely being put on my saved list for a weekly workout. Congratulations on your 5M mark!!!!

I haven’t worked out since 2019 - I got pregnant with my 3rd child & completely let myself go. The beginning of this year I started eating a little bit better & I found you on TikTok 2 weeks ago from another woman who saw results from doing your workouts. I finally got in the mindset to workout today & this is the video I started out with & I just want to say THANK YOU! You are absolutely amazing. You kept giving reassurance throughout the entire video - I didn’t feel like I was working out alone & I had someone to work along with. Thank you for giving me the motivation to come back tomorrow for round 2. This is my #GroWithJo challenge! You’re inspiring. Keep doing what you’re doing.

You came to the right place! I let myself go after my third baby too and now I am 150 pounds! Last year at this time I was around 200! I feel like a new person and it all started with Jo!

You've had loads of feedback, but I honestly absolutely *ADORE* this. 1. The walking in between breaks keeps your heartrate up, but is low enough energy that it feels enough as a break. 2. The actual workouts just start to get difficult and then you switch it up. Which, helps with self-confidence and will power to keep going. 3. It's fun, your little smile is just the best. Thank you. I've tried loads of HIIT workouts and I can never complete them, which makes me feel so unfit and feel down about myself. There's finally a workout I can do, and gives me the confidence that once I've done these for a while. I can do harder ones. Honestly, thank you. Deep down.

You brought back my want to workout. After having my first child I kinda lost myself and had zero interest in working on myself. My best friend started up with 5000 step walls so I thought I'd google it and found you. You are inspiring and so motivating. I pretty much only use your videos for workouts. Newbie here! At 45, this was a butt kicker for me. I had to pause and walk around in circles a few times but I made it to the end. Thanks for a great workout this morning. I can’t wait to workout to your other videos.

Her workouts are doable but deceptively simple when you look at them. I remember watching before I did her workouts. I thought,”Oh! This’ll be a nice light workout.” Um…see… I uh… what had happened was…!!! She is beast!!! And you have so much fun throughout it all! I’m 48.😉

Doing these walking workouts and also doing the dance ones has made working out so much more fun for me. I’ve always had trouble loosing weight but now I’m down 25lbs but more importantly I feel more confident about myself!!

I don't like workouts i never did it before. So i watched a video who challenged himself with Jo's video. After then i decided to watch Jo's videos and 6 days still doing with her. Her smile makes me happy. Her workouts make me strong more than before. Im so grateful that i found you. ❤
