Great workout. Did at my pace as I couldn't keep up with you. I'm 63. Proud of self as recovering from injuries and made it all the way through. Thanks for providing these workouts for us.

I had to come back to this one. It really moves smoothly, gets my bpm going and keeps on going. I am able to track with Eleni on all the steps and moves. Just a great workout for when I'm not feeling like going hard-core or all-out (it's Friday today) and yet this one demands that I work hard to keep pace so it's challenging and worthwhile. 4.28.2023. I like it even better the second time. So I know I'll be coming back to this one regularly as part of my weekly schedule.
I'm repeating myself with each walking cardio Eleni Fit workout I can find and do, but that's bc if anyone else out there is looking for low-impact, high(ish) intensity (she has others which are much higher HIIT), but especially back/disc-friendly cardio workouts, here is another excellent one. Keep making these, Eleni, and thank you!
Your all standing/no jumping workouts are great to begin with but when I recently hurt my lower back falling on black ice they were perfect for easing back into working out. Thank you and keep up the great work!
Reading the comments, I realize I wasn't the only one swinging my arms around, like a gorilla 🦧, pretending to move as elegant as Eleni 😂 I need to level up my feminine gestures asap. I'll do more dance workouts like this and even repeat this one, now my focus is not on weight loss anymore, but on moving like a fairy 🧚♀️💃

This was a great workout! I find that sometimes cardio workouts can be stressful, but this was just energising and fun. I believe nearly anyone can do it, no matter how bad you feel and how bad your coordination is. Mine really isn't great and I am tired as my sleep is pretty bad recently, but really enjoyed this! Thank you!
this kind non-stop walking dance is one of my favorites. Esp this one because the music has strong beat which let me kill 330 calories happily and easily. Time flied quickly. I hv usually repeated this one recently. 💃

Your workouts are such a blessing to me. Just getting back into a workout routine after 4months off due to a severe compression fracture of T7and 8. Love the whole body workout and the low impact. Exactly what I need to ease back into my active lifestyle.

I love this workout starting with warm up and ended with cool down! For extreme beginner like me, they are crucial and important so that I don't easily harm myself. Keep up the good work! I appreciate your no jumping workout so much because I am those who will faint if the workout have jumping session....>< thanks a lot! I do feel a bit wanted to faint during this workout, but I slow down and able to finish with my persistence! Thanks a lot !
I just gave birth 1 1/2 weeks ago and want to lose my 40 lbs pregnancy weight, not able to work out fully before 6 weeks postpartum so I do these videos instead and they help me a lot. Plus they are so fun! Thank you for that 😊❤
