Well, after 14 workouts, I missed a day yesterday. I just kept putting it off during the day and it got harder and harder to get it together. Lesson learned! Today is my 15th workout. As of yesterday, I started noticing some definition in my arms! Thank you!

Wow, what a workout for me! So proud that this 76 year old could keep up to the end. My stats: 87 active zone minutes, 1.8 miles, 4300 steps, average bpm 123, 337 calories burned. Thanks for a great video again, Ms. Tiffany. This goes into my faves file. ❤

I could touch the floor and get back up IN TEMPO! I know that doesn't sound like a big deal, but several years ago I tore my glut mede, and while I have been able to run, kick, etc., squats were just too hard for me to do. I've been working out with Coach Tiffany for about 6 months now, and I can finally do squats without the fear that I'm going to tear that muscle again! I can't thank you enough Coach!

How do you remember all the different moves? I want to start a fitness Minstry at my church for woman, I gotta a walk15 certificate awhile back but I can't retain the different movements in my head... Your great, I have been doing your workouts every morning this week
I wish I could remember all of the moves but I have a board that has the exercises on them. Because I’ve been teaching for a while sometimes I will add a new move but for the most part I’m following my board. Congrats on starting a new ministry. It’s so needed in churches! I would suggest you either have a board or you can use an app called seconds to help if you are timing the movements. Did that help any? I’m excited for you. Keep me updated
@@Moore2Health yes it did help.. did you abbreviate your moves ? I have been to scared to step out in faith I know that's sad. I am currently starting grief support Minstry but I have been thinking of the fitness ministry for 3 years and just scared that I will fail and look stupid.
@@malindavanhoy3688 I understand that oh so well! God told me to start a fitness channel on RU-vid way before the pandemic hit and I did but was so worried about it not working or feeling like I fit the part. The pandemic hit and I was like wow he was preparing me ahead of time if I would have just followed him. All that to say if he told you do it, it’s for a reason. He has given you the Grace to do it and sometimes you have to do it afraid but he will be guiding you along the way and it won’t be perfect but I guarantee someone’s life will be better bc of it. Every time I press record I’m nervous or concerned about if it will make a difference and each time I start, it’s like he’s guiding me.
