My heart goes out to the lady who lost her family when she found the rattlesnake. At the age of six losing your family like that. I hope that you do find someone. I live on the other side of the world but I will never forget you. Hang in there and take care.

The story about the child that slipped timelines had me feeling everything. It was so sad, and I wonder how many times children slip through portals too small for adults. Portals adults brush out of existence as they walk through them.. I've had this happen, but only very subtle differences after a medical emergency where I was sure I was dying and thought, ".. hmm, strange, so this is how I die? I didn't expect this. Okay, oh well, I wonder what's next". Then I started thinking about my grandkids and my daughter and how they'd be sad and started, for the first time, to resist. But when I woke up in the hospital, I assumed i was fine. I'd survived. But now its little things... My memories aren't the same as everyone else's. But it mostly inconsequential things. I'm pretty sure I slipped timelines to one nearly identical to mine. Now I wonder, is that what happens when we die? Did I actually die in the old timeline? Sometimes I feel sad for my the other, the pain my family felt in the other timeline. Look up the Mandela effect. Lots of people have had similar experiences. Most of it is fluff, like product names... For instance, they say Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar turned into "Bragg -------". But that's just because of how we speak, we call product names by brand possessives. So take it with a grain if salt. Some say CERN caused it. Some say we're not real, just a sophisticated computer program of the 'SIMS'. Each if us has a program of memories of our lives, where we live, our family, etc, and like this story, the changes are caused by glitches. Idk. But this story had me nearly crying for that child. I couldn't imagine the fear and confusion of a child. How many in psych wards slipped timelines? Really makes you think about consciousness and existence.

The stories entertain my mind while I can close my eyes and her voice to kind that I feel as when momma read me bedtime stories and I'm wisk of to sleep. Thx Raven to give me entertainment and comfort is a tast that most couldn't do for me. To me your a rare gift. My only wish is I knew you and had you in my personal life. The story at about 3:00 with the illusions while entering the first stages of sleep, i get the the same thing back n forth, as am entering the first stages of sleep I’ll feel stuff touching me or pulling on me, I’ll hear screams, banging, tremors, visual effects, the whole 9 and I’ll go back n forth from awake to the first stages of sleep n back to awake, it’s scary and at first I thought it was real or maybe it is real now I just ignore it and eventually I’ll stay asleep but usually I’ll have nightmares then

I didn't expect a story from my country, the Philippines! Thank you for featuring one! The story where the boy saw the ghost of a Japanese soldier is one of the usual ghosts seen in old houses and places here where the gruesome tortures of captured Filipinos and Japanese soldiers who fought in the war died. (They did not surrender when Japan lost the war and committed "Kamikazee" (suicide) instead.

Damn...the one with the lost kid actually had me in tears

not all yokai are malevolent ;-; they're basically just Japanese mystical creatures although of course the negative variety of anything is more likely to cause problems and thus be more well known than peaceful or neutral varieties

I'm surprised by the experiences at Mt hope cemetary. I spent a crazy amount of time there growing up (its one of the very first "garden cemetaries") I'm an empath and have embraced this since I was young and while I have felt things there, it's never been malevolent. As a matter of fact that was part of why I spent so much time there is because they were so much more peaceful than the living. I'm living in cali now and I miss spending time there
