My advice to you, when you listen to these, you are literally healing your energy wounds.. So after you listen to these be careful of your actions, that can cause tears to your aura. Make some time to fully heal first for example by slowing down your routine, painting, playing crossword puzzles, or sitting outside in fresh air. Allow yourself to heal with these. Don't rush into action right after listening it's like picking at a scab. Just relax, much love to you all ❤

Yeah, I get scared when the tones change too. It's because it's a computer program creating the tone, so when it changes tones it sounds unnatural. That's why tibetan singing bowls are good. They naturally produce the tones and seamlessly switch from on to another and combine in natural proportions. It's all good

I have personally lost over 140 without excerice in about tops! Got rid of high blood pressure blood clots neuropathy sleep apnea all over learning how to meditate and trust and believe in the words that I was speaking and thinking! Regardless of what it look like and in time with a new mindset and dropping the worries and doubt things to change for the better and hasn't stopped!!!! It's going to be 3 thing's to improving..1) your beliefs 2) your unwavering faith not to doubt 3) your feeling... does it feel real? Because if not then it's not going to happen due to the block 9r blocks! You guy's Are all amazing happy manifesting and creating a better life!

@Gary Byrd first thing I did considering I couldn't excerice at the time.I cut out bread for 1 whole month.then I only drank water with lemon. I only ate out of a saucer plate.I cut off my meals off at 6:00pm plus I drank plenty of water at least 1 gallon a day spread it out over time during your day! I lost 40lbs my first month without any excerice!!! In your meditations it's important to see yourself weighing your desire weight!!! Also say positive afferrmations such as IAM my desire weight of ? Also see yourself doing the things you would be doing if you we're your desire weight!!! Also what type of clothes would you be wearing?? What you see feel and believe you'll become...say IAM healthy,IAM strong,IAM victorious and nothing I don't want I won't except!!! IAM feeling stronger everyday!!! No matter what it looks like everything is always working out for me! This is just an ideal my friend to help you loose your weight and start living!!! I truly do hope that this help! I myself will also include you in my meditation tonight! Gary I will visualize and see you happy feeling better and the weight lost!!! Only positive thoughts, meditation music at night to sleep too after doing your afferrmations! Good night my friend!

First you have to repent for your sins and your ancestors sins before you. The preachers will tell everyone that all they have to do is pray for someone in order for them to receive blessings but that's not true. God answers those who admit to all their wrong doings and family members wrong doings that extended far back as time itself. Past , present and future are one in the same. Braking the ties of sin is building a new, a new beginning and in that beginning your healed of all heart aches, anxieties, panic attacks, pain etc. The whole entire process is to admit to God your sins, never sin again, treat others as you would yourself with goodness, know that you are forever loved and that everything in existence was created out of love and your a part of that same love and following after God always. Break the ties of old bad habits and God will enter and bless you with all you ask for in his name.

I know this sounds odd but i suffer from chronic kidney stones. Just recently I was suffering through a particularly rough time with them. I decided it couldn't hurt to try this and coincidentally, i ended up passing a stone not even 5 minutes after beginng this meditative tone video. Coincidence?
