I love that this became an episode, "when I tell you everything went wrong, everything went wrong." The latest Dennis episode is one of my all-time faves.

On days when I’m feeling down, or even just bored out of my mind, I’ve always had Sunny. Now I have the podcast too, and for both those things you boys have my unmatched gratitude

Watching the new episode S16 E8 as it releases a day after watching this episode of the podcast might be the funniest non planned thing I’ve ever done in my life 😂😂

My favorite thing is that they reference their own show like fans of it do - they pepper in lines from a variety of episodes in the exact way everyone does. Like someone takes too long a pause and one will say, “….DEAD AIRRR!” Lmao it makes it 1000% better. Their working on the show so much and having to edit and write makes their perspective really different from most actors rewatching their shows. It never occurred to me that actors wouldn’t binge watch their shows so their only brush with an episode would be shooting it. These guys have a combo actor/creator/fan relationship with their show.

I LOVE Dennis and his relationship to car episodes. There have been a few with him behind the wheel and I always love it . This is a GREAT idea for an episode Omg you HAVE to write this please and please don't forget the Steve Winwood

Pretty much every episode makes me more convinced that I am Glenn. I would 100% be screaming, I would 100% be homicidal, and I would 100% park in another parking garage.

If they end up making a Dennis stuck in his Tesla episode, it should end with Dennis showing back up after finding Enlightenment and thinking he has new friends only to realize all his new “friends” hated their interaction with him and what Dennis thought was this blossoming friendship was really him misremembering his own selfish actions that day. Similar to the episode where he hallucinated Sinbad and Rob Thomas 😂

“Starter car… Starter car? This IS A FINISHER CAR! TRANSPORTER OF GODS, THE GOLDEN GOD!!!” It seems weird Danny hasn’t gotten an Emmy for his role in Sunny as it’s such a departure from his typical roles but absolutely crushes being Frank. I know so much about Frank, and the whole gang for that matter, that he might as well be a real person.

Episode with Dennis in garage should definitely end with him relieved and happy and immediately forgetting it and parking his car in garage again. And maybe an episode where they start Private Investigation company

I absolutely love that the gang gets so giggly for our top moments. Charlie Day remembering the monologue was great :) I want to say though, that most fans don't have one favorite episode of sunny. They need at least a top 5. Not me. I have an absolute favorite. Mac and Charlie Die. I am happy that my second favorite got 3 podcast episodes, but I am bummed that I didn't get to see my favorite.

This is my all time favorite episode. I couldn’t wait for this one to be brought up!

If they do an episode on the key fob thing they need to have Dennis talking up this new car to everyone and then there's the mix of embarrassment and anger while he tries to say it's not the car's fault. Frank is saying over and over "What was wrong with keys?"

Before the story even started I was like “they need to make an episode of Dennis getting a new car and being stuck in the garage” so I’m relieved they also came to that conclusion fairly early in this story

They should def do a detective episode where there’s a murder in the parking lot and no wifi so detective has to keep going outside to update boss who’s moaning not at the exact scene of crime - and then after interviewing suspects can’t log in and update the case

Theremins are one of the absolute coolest instruments ever. I use it (as a digital plugin but still) in a lot of music i make. Honestly it makes for a phenomenal addition to rock/metal especially with a bit of a circusy tilt. It’s fantastic to use behind beautiful choir vocals and man does it set a mood. It’s a mood you just can’t get elsewhere. I love the history of it, the fact that the reason we feel it sounds “like space” or “like circuses” etc is simply because they used it for those soundtracks back then because they needed a weird new flavor so we forever associate it with those things. They can sound beautiful or creepy or digital or analog, and there are really fucking cool ones out there that super are a vibe themselves. Like with lights and such and you sit in the dark and play and it’s an otherworldly experience. That’s coming from a guitarist and drummer. Sincerely i hope the theremin gets proper love. It’s up there with piano and violin and guitar as some of the coolest instruments possible.

If you EVER get in a situation like that call a Repo guy. All of them have 4 wheel dollies to repo cars with no keys. Many dont have light bars on top because they dont want to alert the neighbors and have a confrontation. Easy parking garage access. T-bar slides under and your gone in less than 5 mins.

Thanks to this podcast and the fact that my own key fob is dying i googled it and turns out inside my fob is a key i can pop out to unlock my door. And i too can just hold the fob next to the start button to start it. So thinking of pooping dogs when constipated and how to start my car if my key fob dies are two things this podcast has taught me.

For as much money he paid for a Tesla, you would think they would have provided him with a 2nd backup FOB when he purchased the car.

I have an idea for this episode and I hope you guys see it. It would be funny if this episode took place in a tunnel and the traffic is so bad that Dennis decides to shut his car off to save the battery. When traffic starts to pick back up, his key fob is not working and he’s holding up traffic and people are upset with him. The rage begins.
