***** there are many ways of harden a cardboard props, you can use epoxy resin, papermache, wall filler plaster, car putty... for mask & cowl i prefer papermache, because it still has some flexibility, therefore it is easier to put on & no cracks (mask/cowl usually very tight), for helmet i will use papermache then wall filler plaster. if you want to turn it into hard plastic, use epoxy resin (toxic). but i only used papermache & plaster in my videos, try look for it :)

I like how you put the PDF template as well as the PDO template. I don't have Pepakura Viewer, so I need PDFs, which most people don't have. You have them though, which is really helpful.

I made this thing out of leather using the template and used a sewing machine rather than hot gluing everything. It looks bloody awesome :)

This has actually the potential to be an owl man (i think thats his name) cowl from watchmen... and a flash mask (or cowl) would be sick. Keep up the AWESOME work!

I'd recommend checking out "the evil ted channel" particularly his foam pattern making and how he uses registration marks it would make life so much easier and speed the process up a fair bit 👍

+CiaoBella700 because i want a very tight fitted mask, so plaster might crack when i put pressure on the mask, for this project i like it to stay slightly flexible :)
