On a chain link you’re supposed to hook the binder so the chain link weld faces out of the hook .I just learned that. I moved a bit of equip , the steel thing is a crusher body crushes concrete and makes different size aggregates.
SOooooo Happy to see you r post last evening while cruising around TV You tube (I Cannot add any comments there) Love your Videos missed over the holidays to say the least. I will miss your post once you decided to sit it out on an Office but as you said, we will wait and see about all that. ONLY MY own Opinion here, Once a Peterbuilt man, ALWAYS a Peterbuilt man. Loved my One and only Pete, as it was the only Peterbilt I ever had. All of the 16 of my own oil field rig up trucks, which were mostly A-Cars and Internationals and Western stars. Life happens Oh well enough of that. Take care my friend. Once again your doing what I could never do, I tried once to do the Over the road, and long distant Trucking it just did not work out for me. Love your Videos Have a great day sir.
In the old days (70's) in Michigan before air dryers, we'd drain all air tanks then put 2 quarts of air guard in the first tank after the compressor. Run it for 2 weeks then drain everything and repeat. I would think you could do the same thing after dryer. I'm watching this 8 months after you posted this. But if you see this maybe it would help next winter. U hang in there
I have an aluminum straight fender set up on my heavy haul that covers both drives and pusher axle… it’s nice yes but they crack very easily with the flexing of the truck. Just some food for thought. Safe travels!!
Spent a week in Co working in -35 , thought I would never be colder till I worked down in FL at 32* but 100% humidity! Cold just went through your clothes. Some how I can't see you just quitting
Hello my friend, hope you and the family had a great holiday season. Now back to the blood, sweat, and asphalt! Stay safe and between the lines. Your friend here in Tenn off of I-75 exit 134 at the bottom of the mtn.
It is a section of a Kiln or Calciner. The weldments on the outside are filler bars where the riding ring sits. The riding ring is a solid steel "tire"
If you want to move to Midwest coming to Nebraska where I live over around the Hershey North Platte area we got five reservoirs within 50 MI great place to fish.
I like our Australian hydraulic suspension the oil just flows from one cylinder to the other it always equalizes the weight on each axle but you can keep that cold weather that's colder than my freezer
I sure have missed seeing your videos . Dam that is Cold !!! Glad to see that Business is going good and you are Growing . I really hope you continue doing videos . Love this Channel . It makes my Day . Stay safe Brother . Let's go Brandon . 🇺🇸
It looks like 1 or 2 of the vertical sections on the left side are missing. It may be going someplace to weld new ones on. Man, the heat it will take to weld those on.
The company i work for called and asked about possibly getting a new Peterbilt. We were told leadtime is 24-30 months. Now they’re debating the other brands.
Dang it Mitch !!! Thought you were good till 100 !! HAHA Gona be different without you out here in the ""COLD ""!! Anyhows,, Hope ALL goes well with different Drivers in your fleet !! Gona keep your SC . Shop ?? Have a good week & Thanks for the updates !!!
Only reason I would run a trailer mounted unit would be if you don't have a tractor dedicated to that trailer. Last outfit I drove for all had trailer mounts, for the most part they were ok...except dealing with gasoline and if you did have to work on them, the mounting area was very tight. At one time, on a tractor I owned, I had the pto on the tractor. It was less hassle...no gasoline, no extra oil change, no extra oil filter, no extra battery or rope start, etc.
Hmm,I'm thinking about just jumping into this oversize deal ,any suggestions on my 1st trailer and tractor?last guy I ask down in Savannah area wasn't nice about it smh...
Well, he probably told you something you didn't wanna hear, but, probably something you needed to hear. If you have to ask those questions, you may wanna rethink "jumping into this oversize deal"...smh
That's a bummer your not going to do videos anymore. . . you just got to the point I could make sense of your Russian . . . P.S. I have a friend who has done Super Heavy Haul from the time he was twenty until he retired a few months ago. He hauled for a crane company all around the continental United States and to Alaska. I don't know if you would be interested in speaking to him the driver. After he retired being with the same company for decades they have contacted him countless times trying to get him to return. It was a family business that ended up in the hands of an undesirable relative.
I plan on buying a 50-55 ton lowboy. I see that these trailers are offered by various manufacturers in rear axle spacing of 54.5 inch or 60 inch. Which of these spacings is better and why please?
Crazy how different parts of the country have different weight laws. I can move a 349 in Mass with no counterweight and bucket on 6 axles. Safe travels
Keystone is dead because it was a profoundly stupid idea. Unless, of course, your version of a good idea is to have the USA foot the bill for the unholy mess it would create, while the benefits accrued mostly to a few international entities. If you like to see America bent over and reamed, then, yes, you'd love Keystone.
Yes Ohio State patrol is right on top of everything and they have a big truck enforcement Jackson and they’re just begging for people like you to come through and break it lol because I’d be on you like stink
You remind me of a braud always complaining about something…don’t scratch my trailer, I won’t haul that because my trailer will get dirty, my apu isn’t efficient
