Some quality Bluefin moved into local waters off of San Diego CA and I was lucky enough to land a couple. Thanks to Captain Matt Bralla and the Crew of the San Diego for making this epic opportunity possible!!
Sorry about the wind noise, I forgot my microphone. I did my best to cover it up with some Copyright free porn music.
I didn't record myself catching any fish that day, but the two I did land I used the gear below:

Every Monday I’m on the San Diego and like last Monday we seen them all around the boat it’s awesome to see them finally chewing, Matt is an amazing captain along with the crew! Good stuff. Tough fishing but y’all got a few! 🤘🏻🤙🏼

"Luck happens when preparation meets opportunity" That was in full effect that day. From what I understand the following day the fish had lock-jaw and didn't want to play. Bluefin can drive ya crazy, haha!

sick did you catch them on the flat fall during the day ?, a lot of casualties or what?

I got both of my fish on the Flat Fall (midday). One was deep at about 400 feet, the other was only about 50 feet down. We lost a few, but mostly those who got hooked up landed their fish. It was an epic trip. Lots of camaraderie and laughs.
