This fan is in my collection. It is one out of four fans I saved from former Honey's Sit 'N Eat. Sabrina's Cafe took over that space and didn't want those fans so they let me have them.
They were originally on solid state speed controls but now I bought a Westinghouse 5 speed choke for a cheap price so I use that choke to demonstrate all four fans, and also because I didn't have any choke at all so I wanted to at least have a choke. Honey's Sit 'N Eat other location still has two Westinghouse Industrial painted light blue, and actually do use included chokes.
The downrod and the lower canopy had to be borrowed from another Westinghouse due to the downrod this fan came with being too long, and the canopy being modified for a thicker downrod with an adaptor.

It blows tons of air with some wobble without too much noise. This fan is shown on all five speeds.
