This is one of the most unique vehicles we've shot yet. And the build Humberto did is great and I love that he did it all in his garage with some help from friends. LS3 swap. Interior work. Paint. Lowered with suspension...he did a great job and I'm stoked we got to shoot this 1964 Chevy Suburban "Carryall" so sit back and enjoy the ride...

The shop-built cars are really cool because they bring a lot of talent, experience, and resources together, but the self-built cars with a long history are my favorite. Imagine all the experiences Umberto has had with this thing over decades of ownership. When you've had a car that long, you've no doubt grown up as a person with it. It's not the same thing it was two decades ago and neither are you. Cheers to many more years and adventures for this one and the family that surrounds it.

Shawn, we had a predecessor to Humberto's Carry All on our homestead in Alaska in the early 1950's... 53 or 54. I really like the way he dressed this up though. Ours was typical for the time... VERY basic. Hard panels, side-opening doors at the rear, and a straight 6 / 4 speed. Humberto's is by far, the best looking one I've ever seen!!

Love your truck! I have a 61 but not a good looking as yours. Bought it in California in 1984 and drove back to Florida. It’s now a rust bucket but still running if anyone is interested.

Nice truck, cool that the owner did much of it himself (getting help as needed), and that engine. Plenty of power, and the exhaust note is just right. The coolest part though, is that it's different.

Great video bro keep them coming. Love everything about this build except for the speaker box location, could have hidden the amp and subwoofer in the rear somewhere. The owner probably won’t be running to Home Depot with this sweet ride but it’s always good to have that usable space.

That's a cool vehicle and I like that its family and friends that have got together and built it over time. Reminds me of my dad and 2 uncles getting together to drop down and old 1970 Vauxhall Cresta that was jacked up on massive wheels, they dropped it back down onto MK2 Granada independent suspension, then some doughnut cut it up on its way to paint and smashed it to oblivion, Gutted =(

He did a great job. Great story, innovative design, clever touches, well chosen colours and an awesone sound. My GF has a 66 stepside. This would be another reference point for it. My only question is this - Why did they never make a 4 door version of it? They did a crewcab. So why not merge that with this?

hazzard company I try to keep up. I miss a lot of them but spend about 5-6 hours per week responding and reading. Some are too dumb to get a response 😂
