I wish it could have been just at least 5% clearer...... it's true that no one's perfect and no one thing is mistake-free but to be quite honest this is the closest to perfection that man can get to..... I can dig it

In my opinion when it comes to the song out on a limb by Tina Marie that Prairie View is playing.... when thay get to the so-called most important part of the song they need to get hit in the mouth disrespected and cut off as soon as they think they're doing something..... in my opinion

Due to the high level of standard I hold Southern to.... if any band in the swac comes close to their sound are equal is considered a lightweight/ very lightweight defeat..... being who they are and the level of consistency throughout the years it shouldn't happen!...... that's just my opinion though

As a child, I loved SU band because that’s where my family went to school. Now that I’m an adult and a 40 year old experienced musician, It’s incredible that SU has been able to thrive for so long! It’s an INSTANT difference in sound between SU and PV! SU sound is just so much better! The ONLY other band in the SWAC that has a similarly great sound is JSU. That’s it, all the other bands just don’t come close!

Both were good SU with W there was some parts in the Out Limb before the break that was sloppy and well as the next song they played! This will be an interesting match between TXSU and PV and Gram and SU this year

Although Prairie View had good execution and intensity in their song selections and arrangements the combination of intensity and complexity of Southern's arrangements is what gave Southern the win. Nevertheless it was an amazing 5th quarter battle to perennial powerhouses in the SWAC. honestly that Southern rendition of Outkast's "Liberation" is what sealed the deal. FOREVER A BANDHEAD

Well PV Marching Storm has it coming... They went too hard on SU 2015, 2016 & 2017... unanswered blow out with PV taking them W easily... I was glad to SU come with it... But they already knew they have come extra vs PV.

Cornelius Dickerson PV never owned the SWAC their band nevertraveled except for the state fair classic so how can a band own the SWAC but hardly traveled to any away games! The 90s belong to SU and JSU

I give PV the edge off song selection. "Liberation" was well arranged by SU. I've never seen SU pack up to leave, but go back in the stands to play another song. PV must have gotten under their skin a little bit. Glad to see SU somewhat redeem themselves after that Alcorn debacle. Great battle.

what good is song selection if pv doesnt sound better? pv sounded bad on more than a few games. their execution was off on some numbers.. su arrangements alone, set them apart from pv. there wasnt a single song pv played that could contend liberation. be realistic bruh..
