In this video I’m going to show you how to make and decorate a 6” blueberry chiffon cake. There’s blueberry puree in the cake batter, and we are going to make our own blueberry jam and blueberry whipped cream frosting! This cake is bursting with blueberry flavor in every bite! It’s super easy and successful every time!

Ingredients 材料:
1) Blueberry Jam 蓝莓酱:
• 2 cups blueberry (2 杯蓝莓)
• ½ cup sugar (½ 杯糖)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (1 汤匙柠檬汁)
2) Egg yolk batter 蛋黄糊:
• 30g Blueberry puree (30克 蓝莓汁)
• 35g Veg. Oil (35克 植物油)
• 3 egg yolks (3个蛋黄)
• 50g Cake flour (50克 低筋面粉)
• 20g milk (20 克牛奶)
• 5g Sweet potato powder optional (5克 紫薯粉 *可以不放*)
3) Meringue 蛋白霜:
• 3 egg whites | 3个蛋白
• 45g Sugar (45克 糖)
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice | 1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁

5) Blueberry Whipped cream frosting 蓝莓淡奶油糖霜:
• 20g Blueberry puree (20克 蓝莓汁)
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream (1/2 杯重奶油)
• 2 tablespoon powdered sugar (2汤匙糖粉)

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I have made it and the cake is cotton soft . The jam is just nice, not too sweet. But my whipping cannot hold. thanks again!
