@@greenstreet5287 The Diamondback and the sandbag? Me too!.. hah. Back to being serious, I can deal with with cost of the chassis itself but to see that its just an entry point for them to get you with the accessories that cost more than the chassis is a bit ridiculous.

The budget optics hold people back more than they realize they didn't want the optic to be a limiting factor because the test were about the rifles.

@@txrcnoob You're right there, and I understand the methodology behind isolating the changes they make, but at some point the numbers have to come into reality. The scope cost (2x the entire modified) build going completely unmentioned makes a viewer that is new to this think he can simply make the changes they have done to the initially good shooting rifle and throw on any ol optic and they are good to go.. next surprise for them would be the $600+ bipod. Would definitely be interesting to use the 1:1 cost on the rifle MSRP to optic MSRP and shoot it off a sandbag and see what the results are as a budget bonus video, but i do realize that this is a series comparing and isolating modifications.

That's what I was thinking. 10 to 9. I think Jason knew it but didn't feel the need to say it. I can respect that. And imo, factoring in that the opponent hadn't shot either rifle before, I consider it a draw. He did great considering. Rematch is in order. :)

Just shot a 3/4" 3 shot group at 413 yards with a $1,200 Remington R5 6.5 Creedmore with handloads, factory everything except swapped trigger for a Timney.

Can not use the same barrels if you blueprint the action.

What’s the purpose of truing them out if we will be shooting known distance for score? We can simply have sighters before we start.

Shoot multiple distances to true the BC of the bullet to ensure the drop on the ballistic calculator is accurate.

That was my mistake.

@@ErikCortina I've had all kinds of failures, flash card failure, controller failure, data corruption, transfer loss, and record switch/button errors of my own. It keeps happening.
