The ratio of American actors in British TV vs British actors in American shows is insane. I genuinely can't name a single American actor I've seen acting in a British TV show, there's definitely been ones that have but I can't name a single one off the top of my head.
I’m from London and even I knew what Girls Scout cookies were. Movies and shows talk about it or have them all the time. We know quite a lot about America😂
She asked Chunkz how to spell the word analyze because in British English, it is spelled with an S instead of a Z so that would have been a dead give away. They spell it Analyse. & Sharky is the finest.. lol
They all did pretty good. Let’s be real most Americans trying to play British…would barely make it past the first round. American “culture” via entertainment is too widely exported through movies, television, and music. It makes sense as American English is derived from them, and some of the northeastern accents are probably easy for them considering, it’s pretty close to old English than even a modern day London accent.
Another American youtube reactor says most of Beta Squad accents was quite well off especially when they were trying to the Mississippian and New Jerseyan accent.
I'm African, British, & American. But I was rooting for the British the entire time.. My accents switches with whomever I'm with. With family, I got a Nigerian accent. Online it's British. With my buddies American.
That dude was speaking with a straight up British accent and they still couldn't tell. This is proof of what I've been saying. Brits aren't particularly good at doing American accents, Americans just aren't good at picking up on certain foreign accents.
Dee how about you Americans try British people that would pretty much be too easy for us to tell straight away lmao a lot of British people can do very good American accents just not for a long time since our accent comes in but I'm still waiting for an American to do a DECENT British accent till this day and Americans just end up violating and doing the stereotypical caucasian "cockney"accents or "posh" accent when they try I doubt Americans know how black British people speak different.
LOL if you deep it! its kinda mad we know so much about America...but to be honest all we do is consume American media... my bloody handle is of an American thing 🤣🤣... #Embarrassing
aint no american know any war before 1900 we barely know the war in the 1900s especially us b|cs we dont know what any of those is like dee sound many of the americans dont seem to care either
