Depends on the game and your attitude on it. I played Yakuza 0 and it ended a 4 month Gym rut I was in because of the badass fights. It inspired me to pick up the weights like I used to. Story mode games are fiction, and it is up to the interpreter to take what he wants from it. But on the other hand there used to be a time when I used to play Valorant for 2-3 hours with my friends only for me to then waste the entire day because I was unmotivated during my 11th. I quit Valorant because it was a time sink with no end.

Many video games require problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and hand-eye coordination. Some games can also improve memory, attention, and spatial awareness. They also improve communication skills, leadership skills, etc. Also, why would you assume that someone who plays video games doesn't focus on their physical fitness?
