It's crazy to think how many people are probably listening to this kind of greatest natural music right now all around the world, sleep well my friends
I agree. I'm in Oz, north east coast of NSW in Ballina and it's a lovely morning 26', cooling breeze. Thanks for the music to go with this beautiful setting.
If it is RU-vid then it is not “natural”… nothing can compare to live music. I wish I was there. But music is good, it is in our soul. I can hear it without RU-vid ;) have a good night!
When you find something you like, and there's no law forbidding it, I say indulge yourself and enjoy. This gentleman certainly can play, that's no mistake, and who doesn't love Bach on the guitar.
@@staninjapan07 I've played guitar for almost 40 years and all I can say is this guy is remarkable. There's some really complicated pieces here and he plays it so smooth with eyes closed lol. If I ever met him I'd act like i never played guitar 🤣
Wow! So superbly and musically played from Memory! I play the cello and I know how difficult it is to play these 6 suites. I love them and play them over and over again. It's so great to hear them played on the guitar! Bravo! You nailed it Petrit Ceku!

Assolutamente formidabile!
The potential for a human being is vast is so many different ways, here in the classical sense. Such precision and execution. Well done Petrit, very inspiring!
The massive amount of hours (thousands) that are behind this makes it even better to enjoy! My respects and total admiration to this Giant of the guitar! Bravo!
What an extraordinary talent is Petrit Çeku, especially considering that the young maestro customarily plays with eyes closed hardly ever looking at the fretboard, even during technically difficult passages. Bravissimo!
Bravo!!! I love Petrit Çeku! It looks like he has been playing since he was born. He is so conected to his guitar and plays so smoothly! I can sit and listen to him all day long.❤👏👏👏👏
memorizing an hour of bach you can play at tempo well is awesome. it feels like a journey playing a single one of these start to finish... 6 in a row is like living a lifetime
Petrit, your finger mesmerize me - Bach and you - perfect together. I will watch this video often - how ever do you remember all that? I thank God that I can hear and see - and for you!
I love the journey this piece takes you on. I was lost inside my mind until the audience clapped. What a beautiful experience. And I thank you for that.....
This is BY FAR the best performance of the Cello Suites on the guitar that I’ve seen. Simply stunning 🤩. His feel for the music and his skill are simply outstanding!! Bravo!!!
Bravo Çeku! What a wonderful performance! It demands a lot of mental concentration to play all these suites at once! I have seen Yamashita do it once! It was so impressive to hear him achive this Awesome and Heavenly Work ! And now I can feel your own experience in the air, in the emotion of your face and , a breath cutting interpretation , and that enduring mental stance that is projected to us, all around you! Thanks a lot for giving me this double chance : An unique feeling in my live! Bach is a pure gift from God! Blessed be you Çeku , who shared him with us! Thanks a lot ! Bravo 🙌 👏 ! You are one the Greatest ! Terrific and unforgetable performance and interpretation ! God bless you and your beloved ones!
@@jean-francoismasson3361 Bro it's just a different way of intending the suites on the guitar! If you don't like ornaments on two strings you are free to execute them on one string only or even to not execute them at all; if you don't like the harmonizations or the articulations, pick the Bärenreiter urtext edition and play directly from that. Fun fact: no one will judge you for your different taste!
This was/is one of the most beautifully played rendition of this prelude that I have heard in many years is not ever. The rest of the suite followed with the same gentle and warm, tactile approach to a prelude and suite that is so often rushed and 'bulldogged' through as though it a race to get to the finish. Lovely playing.
Wow!!! So amazing,,,perfectly great guitarist ever played on a stage...I've never seen so perfect like that,,,really no miss in every tip of his fingers "excellent"....
Surprised he is not looking at the guitar while he is playing, like all classical guitarists seem to do. His eyes appear to be closed. Remarkable! Actually Brilliant!
A true gem! I have never before come across the entire cello suite collection transcribed for guitar. His rendition is brilliant. Such masterfull interpretation! Making it seem so simple and easy, while I actually ponder whether I've have heard a guitar being played in such sublime a maner. BRAVO!
I know what you mean. I have heard most of sections of the 6 cello suites played separately over the years. (Haven’t we all!)but here they sounded fresh and new, and familiar, if that makes any sense. Finally, I have no words to fully describe the effect this performance has had on me.
Yes, he's good indeed! He can change the timbre of the instrument to express what he feels and plays by heart which allows him to fully express himself. This music is damn difficult to play, because the least mistake may becomes so evident... and he manages to bear the task. Thank You for sharing!
Wow. It was such a journey listening to this rendition. I'm truly thankful for you all the care mr. Çeku expresses in his playing, and even more for this channel making it public. I'm in a really hard moment in my life, and the abundance of care in this music helped myself take care and heal parts of my soul that had long been hurt and hidden. Thank you for offering me this cure.
This is ridiculous well played! Sometimes it sounds like there are 2 guitars playing on a quite fast tempo! I've been listening for years some other versions of this suite, including Pepe Romero versions, but absolutely no one is as clear and technically perfect as this version!
Danke, Danke...Thanks for this perfect performance, I have never heard before such an inspired and with technical brilliance performed Interpretation of " Genius " Bach's cello- suites played by guitar!!!
Petrit is truly ona if a kind . I have recorded that Live concert..He plays with eyes closed.. all six cello suites.. That Concert was amazing experience!
Very impressing and also moving. All of Bach´s Cello Suites here played on guitar. And played with such an intimacy and respect of Bach´s music. This is music for contemplation but also sheer enjoying.
