This is part two of a six day solo hiking backpacking fishing trip. The beginning of the day started out like any other great day hiking in the North Cascades National Park.. but turned into a nightmare when, what I believe to be a bear, stalked my camp late that night.

Hey indeed it is!, we had such a fabulous time, it was really no bother to help. It was really eerie up there with the border closed and that top campground closed, it felt like a zombie apolcalpse!! Let us know if ur ever in the Ballard area, be great to catch up sometime - cheers !

Really admire you for continuing out even tho you were in a lot of pain. I know what that feels like. Feet swelled so bad once ended up loosing toe nail. Glad ur safe n got a ride out

I use to think all these bigfoot stories was silly. Nobody could convince me they exist but last weekend I was camping and fishing in the LBL when I suddenly felt like I was being wached. I didn't think much about it at first but around 1 am the feeling was so intense I had to get up and leave. As I was getting in my truck something broke the passenger side window. Yeah I freaked the hell out and got my ass out of there. I had to drive in reverse because the road was to narrow to turn around. When I got to the main road where I could turn around the headlights caught 2 wide glowing eyes up on the hill. It stood up for about 10 seconds spun around and took off up the hill and disaperd behind some trees. Was it a Sasquatch? I don't know I didn't hang around.

Wow that is scary as hell!! Bet you were glad to be close to your truck. What could break a window? Large buck, moose, elk, bear, sasquatch!? Glad you got out of there. You gonna camp back in that area ever again?
