Your food shots are great, they all look so yummmm. Clearly a lot of effort went into them. I've never done overnight oats -- I'm scared I won't like them lol -- but I'm definitely going to try your tofu scramble and classic breakfast!
That is such a nice compliment, thank you! 😄 Oh you definitely should try overnight oats! Totally understand some people's hesitation towards trying cold oats, but the texture is actually so nice. They can also be warmed up in the microwave if you prefer them hot!
