½ cup silk greek-style protein yogurt

SHAKSHOUKA + TOFU SCRAMBLE + KASHA - 381 cal, 54g carb, 27g protein, 10g fat
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
½ cup fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp cardamom
½ tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 x 28oz can diced tomatoes
