6 In 1 Circular Saw Cross Cut Jig :Part.1

I made a multifunction circular saw cross cut jig.
The jig made by me can also cut small pieces of wood of about 1 cm and you can attach a miter guide that cuts at any angle between 45 ° and 90 °.
It became a jig that can cut all six types, but if you add a miter guide it should be able to do more various processing.

Excellent work my friend, very calm very positive, you are the first youtuber that I have seen that knows how to operate an electric screwdriver, no revving up two or three times, just calmly screwing the screw down, both you and the person who taught you deserve everything which will come your way as you travel through this life, thank you for the upload. Nice! I patterned mine after a $700 Festool table that lets you hinge a panel from a panel saw up, and slide the work under it for a zero clearance cut. I built mine as a quick attach to a table saw to take advantage of the weight and flat surface. Biggest thing is devising a mount for the panel that's quick to mount and release, and accurate as 90 degrees... You lost a little cut with the stopper, as a longer piece would let the blade come close to the back support. I really did like how you made the crossbars adjustable!

Looked at several of these, and think this is the best. The type with rods and linear bearings are industrial grade, but far more expensive and harder to build. I used 3/4 "L" extrusions 1/8" thick, and mine is super accurate. Be sure to use the HDPE tape or your aluminum will gall and seize up.

Siempre que lo veo, me parece que tiene manos de coufier y no puedo evitar pensar que cuando hace los trabajos, sus manos parecen estar desarmando una bomba atómica...!!! Mucha paciencia y precisión oriental !!! Whenever I see him, I think he has coufier hands and I can not help but think that when he does the work, his hands seem to be disarming an atomic bomb ... !!! A lot of patience and oriental precision !!

Hello there! I would rather use the end raiser as a perpendicular fence for the cross cuts. Because aligning each piece to the laser guide every time you will make a cut can be very tedious. I call "end raiser" to the support where the saw ends its travel. Use it to make the cross cuts. It will be faster that way. Just make sure it's perpendicular to the blade. Very nice jig though. I like the gauge for cutting any angles!

@alexanderg8922
@alexanderg8922 2 года назад
This is a Ryobi W-663EDM, it has an engine speed of 4000 per minute, which is probably why it works quietly. But, apparently, due to the specific voltage of 100 volts, it is sold (or was sold) only in Japan.

I am really happy that at least I got an useful video on how to use my circular saw (like that of yours purchased long back) in the video and was looking for a video to make a jig for it. Now your video has given me the hope of using it usefully. If you can share the wood pieces that are used to make it I will try to do it. Hope my request will receive your kind attention.

Nicely done! One of the best crosscut jigs here. The calmness of the video is really inspiring :). Question, that beautiful portable drill press you use, did you made it or it is sold somewhere? Also whats the name of the aluminum tracks you use to see if I can find them locally? Very thankful for your video sir.
