6 Minute Portrait Walkthrough | Painting Masculine and Feminine Features 

This is a start to finish walkthrough of my oil painting portrait process, with some discussion on depicting masculine and feminine features in portrait subjects. I often use a beard as a crutch when painting men, so trying not to lean on that really got me thinking about intent and practicing certain things. The subject is a man leaning and is my 224th total oil painting. The walkthrough is over 6 minutes total.
