Finally someone that is happy with having their loc extensions. I did the traditional way once before and wanted to get 4 inch loc extensions to cut off when it gets to a long long length lol. I’m glad you are enjoying your journey! Your hair looks great
Happy ? 😳 lol No I’m kidding. I love them for the most part besides the sizing and length I decided to get!! Wish I went thicker and shorter but the growth of my real hair is amazing with them. Boost of confidence most definitely 😁 THANK YOU
Right I had a loc journey and grew my locs to my jawline I ended up counting them off and instantly regretted it cause they enhanced my beauty now it’s the second go around and I don’t have the patience to get to the point I was in 😭 I’m about to go at it and I don’t care cause I’m finna live my best life swinging my locs 😂
I just subscribed to your channel I like how real and honest you are. I got loc extensions too and I'm proud of them like you said they're mine's I 💰 for them. I didn't want to go through the short stage everyone journey is their own
I know what you mean about that it's yours you paid for it. Im inlove with mine. They going 7 months now and starting to feel so much better. I learned how to crochet it myself so that helps alot. Your dreads are beautiful. I make my own spritzer for daily use. Fresh aloe vera blended very well with green tea. Add a few drops tea tree, lavender and jojoba essential oil and blend again. Add to bottle and use everyday. My dreadlocks love it. I leave it on aswell until I wash it and that is every 4th day. Anyways love your show take care xxx
@@PromiseWithAC yeah it is healthy. Green tea with its anti oxidants and aloe just got loads of healing properties. It gives my dreads that soft sealed like feeling....anyways take care you awesome 👌
preciate video I cut my dreads off the beginning of the year and recently reattached my locs so it’s my real hair obviously. I’m so happy I got them back this set I have is way better than the last parting wise
Lol I say 4 years I have had em three times now I did em this time because the price went up on em once it’s higher then m bundles then yeah lol I was getting em back in 2019 that’s why it was cheaper wasn’t no one getting em but I decided to do ‘em again because I grew my own locs for a year and combed em out like a jack ass and I missed them so I just put loc extensions in tho they don’t look nore feel like mine but it’s cool
When yours grow out to a comfortable length just remove the extensions and embrace the journey from there …whatever makes you happy and comfortable . Where are you at now on the journey?
My hair been itching since day 3…. I’m ready to cut them out but I paid $1400 and went out of town to get them. Any tips? I can’t wash them for a few weeks. I only use their products along with rose water and distilled water
I just asked my loctician for you and she said “She might be allergic to the hair or something they put in did they co wash the Locs before ?and it’s extensions “ My personal opinion on it is the hair might not be 100% human hair and you can figure this out by doing the burn test. My hair lady washed/soaked these loccs so many times before applying them so maybe reach out to them and inform whoever did your loccs of the issue or go to a professional nearby to make sure it’s not an allergic reaction. however some locc extensions do itch but it should go away over time, also look into just using some type of oil you’re comfortable with instead of several products. Wax hair products are a no go as well.
As a professional loc installer, please don't cut them out, it's a waste of money, but if you're itching...WASH THEM WITH DAWN DISH DETERGENT, it will remove any processed product that may cause them to itch. I hope I caught you in time and BTW...$1200 WAS WAY TOO MUCH FOR YOUR INSTALL AND I DONT EVEN NEED TO SEE IT😘
Just FYI…human hair does not mean it was cut off someone’s head. There’s a process or standard in the hair industry. Yo be considered human hair, the manufactured product must have the same elements that exist in human hair. A certain amount of fillers are used but there’s limit.
@@PromiseWithAC I was wondering the same thing and my loctician told me not to wash mine for a few months to allow the hair to marry my hair cause it’s fine and curly
Don’t cut it, ik im hella late 😭😍…loc knots is sumn I just recently looked into and it’s a style that shortens long locs …(fa the beginners, like me .)
These parts were actually diamond/ triangle . Also because I had a retwist ?? Not long before ….they looked very natural in person but I don’t just want to let my new growth just sit to make it “more realistic all the time !!
