this is a very good effort, and thank you for working on this, but there's 2 things you are wrong 1) you say to not snooze your alarm but then you say later on to wake a little bit earlier. your audience who is watching cannot do both lol they have to pick one. so please get rid of one of those tips - then you can re-upload the video and i will review and let you know if it's OK 2) you say to not skip breakfast but then later you instruct us to make fitness a priority - those two items are a paradox. medically, if you want to be healthy, you have to skip breakfast bc your body needs to digest your food. it is medically better to eat breakfast by 11:45-12 PM. this usually solves heart problems, blood pressure and diabetes. it it better to skip breakfast, do your exercise, then get ready for your work
