Love your vids but I do have some criticism of this one: I struggled with being tired 24/7. I slept well, I drank water, I took short breaks to breath/relax, I had a good diet and I exercised! So I get irked when all of the videos say this same thing. So, what did help? Specifically cardio 4-5 times a week for at least 30m. I did workout before but I did minimalist time-saving resistance based workouts. There is no shortcut folks!! Switching to longer cardio sessions was life changing for me. And it's backed by science, cardio improves the number & quality of your mitochondria (your bodies way of making energy). Lifting & resistance workouts don't do that as well as cardio does. Important: a large part of your cardio should feel easy. All that's needed is to elevate your heart rate.

Thanks for sharing your experience on this. Personally I think both cardio (in my case I walk every day and use a cross-trainer at the gym) and resistance training are equally important. But I think the causes of low energy can be multi-fold which is what this video really tries to set out.

@@thehonestchannel No problem and thanks for listening. Yes resistance is equally important for health & longevity but I strongly believe cardio specifically is the best for general energy levels. Resistance workouts train your Anabolic energy systems (medium to high efforts) and cardio trains your aerobic energy system (low but sustained effort). Cardio applies much more to daily life and daily energy needs. That said sleep, diet and everything else is important as well so you are right in that sense!

Really interested me this video! Have been on ten day vitamin b12 injections and now one every week for 3 months! This was picked up in routine blood test here in Cyprus….my sleep is awful still which doesn’t help my energy levels but hopefully will improve! UTI’s Claire is something a lot of us suffer from and I would love to see u talk to the experts on this subject 💜💜💜

I also had severe B12 deficiency caused by eating gluten (though I don’t have celiac). This is despite the fact I was taking a high quality methylated B complex. The deficiency was only corrected by injections followed by daily slow release B12 pills available by prescription. Remember, we are all different and some of us have genetic mutations that make it more difficult to absorb and activate certain B vitamins which are essential for good health.

It's absurd and misleading to say gluten intake can cause vitamin B12 deficiency. I hate it when people say things like that! B12 deficiency is mostly due to poor intake of meat/fish and other animal derived foods!

@@emishatar what’s really absurd is your simplistic understanding of what gluten does to some people’s digestive systems. Read the medical literature to educate yourself or get someone to explain it to you.
