*Ab routine:* 1. Crunches 4×12 2. Leg raises 4×12 3. Mountain climbers 4. Alternate elbow to knee touches 4×10 5. Plank 40 seconds on × 5 rounds 6. V hold 10 seconds on ×4-5 rounds

Do this exercise if ure beginner, you’ll get good result in around 2 months: For upper abs: (1) half crunches 25* 4 set (2) leg raise crunches 25* 4 set (3) full crunches 15* 3 set 1 min plank For middle/lower abs: (4) leg raise 25* 4 set (5) one leg raise (both side 50counts) (6) lying bicycle 25* 4 sets Again 1 min plank (7) bicycle crunch (both side 40-50 counts) 3set (8) mountain climber (30-40 count both side) 3 set (9) leg raise by hanging (10-12 rep 4 set) Plank 1 min 3rd time.. * it’s takes around 50 min for this whole workout.. You’ll get guaranteed result (saying from my own experience) Now let’s have a look on diet: Early Morning : warm water + lemon its help to reduce belly fat Pre workout : smoothie (1 glass milk, + 1 cup oats, 1 tp spoon pea nut butter,1 banana +2 almonds (optional) Post workout: 1 bowl boiled kala Chana + half cup of milk or banana if u want) Lunch : whatever had made in your home, but healthy include dal and salad Evening snack: 1 bowl boiled moong Dinner: sprouts , rotis curds etc.. Just follow this for approx 2 months you’ll get guaranteed results ☺️❤️

Yet I get confused whether these workouts are to be done 1 set or more than one set,, actually I am trying to make one set each of these 6 workouts daily but, sometimes 2 sets of mountain climbers but I don't know whether doing these actually helpful or harmful

I tried this exercise, its really good and put lot of pressure on stomach. I have 36 waist should i do this exercise daily or 3 days in a week to reduce to 32 inch waist. Please suggest.

It's better to do this exercise 6 times a week and the 7th day sunday take a rest day because your muscles also need rest to this and you'll get a good physic and increase your stamina and endurance once your endurance and stamina is increased you can do more advanced workout but if you are a beginner still to this beginner workout till you get abs or feel increase in your stamina and endurance and then you can do some advenced workout hope this help you 😅😅😅
