Are push-ups too easy? If you don't have a weight vest or backpack, get a workout partner and try doing push-ups with the person on your back. I weigh 165lbs. This was after my workout.
that form tho..guys just a heads up im not saying its the right way to do it but if you want to try and get into the frame of mind as you go chest to the ground just go to a fists with between your chest and the floor get a tennis ball if this helps and try pressed down to the ball and back up get a buddy to hold it to get you used to this at first
