At the A TGP Inspirational Leadership Podium 01/2023, our Chairman Dato’ Sri Idris Jala discussed Leadership Resilience - Conquering Uncertainty & Setbacks. The discussion covered the challenges that political leaders and healthcare systems worldwide faced in times of an unprecedented Pandemic - including deficits in crisis communication, leadership, preparedness, and flexibility within the healthcare system. However, this conversation was key in unpacking how the challenges we faced were valuable opportunities for leaders, and researchers to learn from to face future challenges.
During the session, Dato Sri Idris shared his 6 secrets of transformational leadership with the audience, emphasising the importance of leaders’ within the healthcare system to adapt & transform into new ways of working.
