This is what you need to remember when your instantly blaming the manager and calling for his sack the second things go wrong. If youd have said last season that wed be banging in goals in 4-3s, 5-0s, 6-0s, 4-1s, 4-4s, against the likes of man ut, man city, spurs, everton, west ham ect it would have been absolutely unheard of. All the poch out people really didn’t understand what a process means. They thought a process is 10 games.

I like the way noni squared for Jackson, we have had problems this season where its not been the case, Sterling for example, also them two after the penalty incident arguing with Palmer, have become outstanding the last few games, that did worry me

Benson, as the adults have consistently insisted, Poch deserves time and healthy players. Show some love. He's earned it.

Chelsea has been decent since preseason till now. Difference is, there's a lot inexperience, average, Young, new players making a new team. They had to learn and know each other and each other's game. They had to learn to play at this level. They had to learn and understand the coach... The coach had to know and understand their individual abilities and game. All these, including injuries MUST constitute to an inconsistent season in results and in performances... Unfortunately, plastic, glory hunting naive Chelsea fans didn't understand this. Hence constant attacking the team and wanting the coach out. What is happening now is, the players are getting experience, the players are now understanding each other, and the coach principles of play...the coach is understanding them now. Hence improvement in performances...

Best performance I've seen in a while, we were just so good and it makes me wonder what we will be like with players back from injury and more consistency. Want to see this same level of performance in our last 3 games, if we can we will defintely get 7th which should get us into Europe and with some luck we can grab 6th which will confirm it.
