3 months into a new role and still very much adjusting to everything, the people, the environment and hr work itself. All these tips are bang on, definitely learnt a lot about myself since moving from a previous role I was at for 5 years and now into this new role still in the same organisation. In my previous role I got caught up in the gossip, when it was going around I would throw in my opinions into the hat as well, also telling too much of my personal life and of course getting burnt learning the hard way. All those behaviours and things I did in the past role I learnt when I started this new one hence why I am now very low key on how much I talk, I don’t have any ‘close’ friends and really just go there to work and go home and that’s it. I have no idea what is ahead as the months go on in this role but all I can do is my best, these tips are very valid.

How's going on your job? Did you join another job? I am going to join a new job tomorrow as well. Could you give me some tips on the basis of your previous experience.
@@SunilYadav-vw8cd Perhaps, I honestly can’t remember. I lost my memory a few months ago. Now I seem to be hitting walls over and over. I’m not “old” yet, so it seems no one wants to help me. I only have my mother who is elderly and my sisters who are busy working, which is what I should be doing. Of course I don’t know what to do. My memory is gone. No unemployment, no government help, no nothing. But I’m sure illegals are getting everything for free.
In a week I will start working on a new Job in Paris so thank you so much for the great Tips you give. You're great and your videos are always really awesome and helpful. Best and warm regards from Spain.
Your tips are very very helpful to those who are going to join a new workplace. If I had known all this tips before joining my previous job I would not have lost that job. Tomorrow, I am going to join a new job, thanks for making this video. Keep doing such a wonderful job.
My first day was yesterday. My ego already spoke up loud and clear about my prior experience and knowledge. I've already made a negative impression, I'm sure. No one is talking to me, except to ask personally related questions, which I don't know how to handle and I don't like it. I thought asking me about my pay rate is a no-no, but apparently she thought it was "no big deal!"
How about a new co-worker that started the same day as you. Or your manager saying if you don’t have the job down in a few weeks but still haven’t been trained.
I did My first job in glove manufacturing factory .I love that job. But issue is to management knows I love that job and I perform very well due to this case they don't increase our salay and they knows there no opertunity in the region due to lack of same idustry. After that I resigned from that job. Now I searching a good job but issue is other industries ask me to come for initial beginers salary. I can servive that salary and need to do long hours without paying?

Michelle, thx for the advice. Shall try! But how do I go abt the fact that I truely still have a post traumatic syndrome (been working on that for years now), abt my hostile and awful work experiences the last 5 years. One can't even imagine if one saw it in a film, that these situations were real life ones... Ugh. In Fr. good work atmosphere doesn't really exist. And I am so stuck w/ the pts. I do not want to get belittled, badly treated, be with nasty difficult and truely dumb people, any longer. That's a fact! I know how to react and cope in those situations, and I'm often recoconized to be a strong person, but it demands so much energy from me and stresses me out too much. Any advice on how to start a new job, without the great fear inside of me?? I've also gone into training to set up my own business, but can't at the moment. No ressources, and not fixed on one Business plan. Thx for any help. 😊🙄
