I personally started my career in property management as a community assistant. Today I gained a level and stepped up into the assistant property manager role. It doesn't seem like much, but from no experience to this, it means GROWTH. I started in property management in January. Didn’t start as a leasing agent. Jumped straight in to the fire 😍. In Texas, we are realtors and independent contractors. Anyway I went from zero properties 8 months ago to about 70 today. Sometimes I feel like I’m losing my mind I’m so busy. More and more referrals are coming in too. How do I juggle and get organized?

How much money do the property management get per year?

I’m 51 and I’m competing with people that is so much younger. They don’t have anywhere the knowledge or understanding about the industry that I do. So one of two things keep happening I get hired pumped for my knowledge and the replaced by someone who will do my job for 1/2 my pay, while the company uses the knowledge I gave them to grow their success. I’ve been unemployment for almost a year and I am amazing at what I do. Please help!!!!
