If you want to succeed in any sport, be it fighting, bodybuilding or something else, you will definitely have to watch what you eat. Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it on Next Level Diet iirc. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3200 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains, and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
The hardest part is not wanting to do all of these in 1 workout... I hate picking just a few, but since I do a PPL variation, I get 2 days a week on the back, giving me a chance to vary the exercises... It works pretty well for me. I used to do a width day and a thickness day... With pullups being the only carryover exercise
You lost a lot of credibility here with your video by not showing barbell rowing that was a classic with Arnold Schwarzenegger Darian Yates and others there's no other back exercise like barbell rowing it builds thickness and width that is the meat and potatoes of back exercises you cannot get a great back without barbell rowing and you can do it at different angles and volume is essential you cannot do enough barbell rowing very disappointed in this video
Dude.. wide grip seated row doesn't work lats more.. it's a mid back excersise.. and mostly depends on the elbow position and the guys training in this video are using wide elbows mostly.. which means upper middle back is more activated than lats..
I need to strengthen my lower back sometimes doing squats pinches sometimes when tired leaning forward I just started working out 3 weeks ago, and squats feel great but my form and stabilizer muscles are weak along with my embarrassing skinny legs. My goal is strengthen back and bulk up legs
Wow, this is the best back workout class I have ever seen on the internet. Extremely informative, clean and concise explanation. Thank you for making this video!
Feels like , someone very own is willing give his best to everyone. doesn't happen in real life. superb intension. A genuine gift for all who can't afford an arrogant & greedy trainer. May you all grow leaps & bounds. good luck & God bless everyone at FIT MEDIA✌🏻
