I love leg day, l am 68 years old and love the gym, my best leg press with my personal trainer was 335 kg full reps x 8, then it was destroyed by lockdown two years ago, now l am building back up , now my best is 285kg but l also train upper body too , not bad for an older chap 😉🇬🇧
I have been training for more than eleven years . According to my personal view all body parts should be trained equally giving full attention to them. All body parts are important for a excellent body.
Good video, but one thing I'd say is the crossing over the handles for chest flys isn't necessary, just as Jonni Shreve would say, referring to athlean-x doing it. Just concentrate on the squeeze when your hands come together.
often than not, we find ourself having impinging shoulder, especially our left and weaker side. would love to know which part of the muscle to train on first so that we don't have a weaker shoulder and get into injuries. thank you
