Hey the education system is not that great . Remember once Einstein said that if you completely rely on formal education then you will only mug up theories and never get the actual education so I will invest in myself by following my passion.
Invest by tapping into the things you need or do everyday. Walk outside and watch what people do. This is why your being recorded when you go outside CCTV is watching everything. Hell there even watching this probably.. not everyone is the same. So keep options open and don’t be narrow minded. Like everyone I meet.

Thank you for spreading awareness about personal health and knowledge. How can someone be successful with their work if they are having problems with their life at home. It's so important to work on yourself first: giving yourself a break when you need it, getting enough sleep, eating the right foods, etc.
If you have the space, I highly recommend gardening. Growing your own food is extremely rewarding and you know exactly what is being put into it. Has changed my life for the better. Great list 👍🏻

I put excuses in front of me, whether it’s work, school, or attempting to fulfill my financial dreams, but I always leave time for God last. I love that. I'm not sure what you're religious beliefs are but if you're Christian, I recommend the Christian Gratitude Journal by Ben Greenfield. Stefan and I set together every morning for only 15 min or so and it's a wonderful way to put God first and start the day with gratitude.

Mental health is so important. I'm glad you're prioritizing this. It requires daily attention and care, it's not something to leave for the last thing of the day. I think a morning and night ritual could really help you! It has for me.

Hi Tatiana. I totally agree with you about investing in our health. Without it honestly we cant really work well, do our jobs efficiently and get things done! Being healthy also supports our mood therefore helps relationships.. Meaning less divorces and personal disputes issues. Anyway those are some cool biohacks you’re into! 💪🏼 Health is wealth IMO.
