I think sometimes we underestimate the strength of an average natural beard. We want to baby our beards because we've given them so much patience and care but they're usually stronger than we give them credit for.

I really enjoyed the post. There’s nothing like having your beard looking right you feel good but when there’s a problem where one side is higher than the other talk about a stressful event yes indeed, I am very particular about my beard. There are some guys who are tight all the time and that is what inspires me to keep it together

Interesting video. I myself am an avid shaver. I love using a nice double edge razor and soap but that beard looks bad ass.

Good tip for keeping cheek line at same spot and not pushing it down is using a foil shaver, doesn't cut the longer hairs. Hit your cheeks and neck every other day and you never have to worry about pushing down your line again.

My beard hair is beast...thick. I like my beard I use regular conditioner beard oils and coconut oil when im in my sauna for a real good heat treatment. And cant help but touch it all the time and its not falling out.

When using a hair dryer, add a blow out cream, to prevent burning and drying the hair out. Used a small round brush as you use the hair dryer.

Great videos man,I've already watched all of the videos you have up.Personally I have everything needed for beard care such as Beard oil,Balm,Kent Comb and a Boar bristle brush...everything but some beard shampoo or conditioner. I've just been using whatever is in the shower to clean my beard but was wondering is it really necessary or does it make a big difference to use such products?I know beard balm/oil was night and day,but was just wondering if the shampoo and wash would be the same. I had to stop using beard oil as no matter which one I used my face would erupt in boils, the trouble is the majority of brands, no matter the price, use 'Comedogenic ingredients' like Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Algae Extracts, Lauric Acid, Wheat Germ Oil, Shea Butter, Stearic Acid ( the majority of them are all natural ). I now blend eucalyptus and tea tree oil and it work perfectly and is considerably cheaper.

you can skip the whole using soaps and shampoos and oils thing and just rinse and scrub your beard out with clean hands and warm water. Your fingernails do a pretty good job at removing dead skin and redistributing the natural oils through the hair without washing away all of it

I scissor cut my own hair, yet I can't trim my own beard. I always have one side that seems to be a bit longer than the other. Find a barber or someone whom you trust wholeheartedly to do that type of maintenance on your beard. Speaking from experience, you need a fresh set of eyes when it comes to the beard. Luckily, my fresh set of eyes is my dear ole Dad! He's a self taught old school barber from way back.

Most men seem to have patches under lip on right or left side of lip. Thankfully I am not one of those and completely full loll cool video :)

I’m watching this cuz I personally don’t want a beard, I’m so used to having my face shaven without a mustache or beard, since I’m not a big fan of having either (at least not a large beard). Cowashing with a hair conditioner will not strip the oils from your beard. Using shampoo is bad for the beard because the shampoo strips the natural oils from the face that the beard needs. Conditioner can be used daily according to George Bruno who is a beard specialist and has a RU-vid channel. His beard when long is awesome and he cowashes daily. I cowash daily to remove the products from my beard and my beard is soft, never itches, and doesn’t have any split ends that I have seen.

My face is oily, and I've found beard oil adds to it. I don't pull or pick, I run my fingers over the top of my beard On my beard ( trimmed it last night), the left side of my beard grows a bit "stranger " than the right . I'm TRYING to keep myself from trimming it, but it's a somewhat difficult task. "Oops y daisy" is something most men go through with trimming. Its' now a "fun" game called "Now This Side Is Shorter".
