Simply divine! I had never thought of cooking up food to put in the sandwich.....I have only used salad and add raw mushroom sliced with mayo but I will definitely be giving these a go! Great for weekend sandwiches!
Fabulous Video, great music too! I make your Vegan BLT Sandwich regularly and I don’t particularly like tofu! But it is so good... the other sandwich I make for a Saturday Brunch is your Cheeseburger French Toast a big hit in our household. Thanks for the inspirational video. I have never tried jackfruit (do you know if any UK supermarkets stock it and where would it be sited on the shelves?) @@blackpaw357 gluten is a protein present in most cereals ( wheat, emmer, oat, barley) which is stucked into the internall walls of the intestine and is destroys the ability of the intestine absorbing nutriets. So even if you are eating a lot of vegetables , fruits and all that stuff your body absorbs very few so you reamin still without nutriets. most of us are exposed to gluten from our early childhood and the number of people who are now suffering from a verious serious autoimune disease called celiac has been increased. many of us ( my self included0 have developed this gluten intolerance due to our everyday exposure to gluten. celiac is a very serious disease which may result to the whole destruction of the intestine to absorb nutries. but even if you do not suffer fron celiac this everyday gluten consumption wil cause bloating after food (which many people think it is normal to feel). it is better to avoid it. but this white bread is having so much sugar that is totaly forbidden for humans to consume. I HAVE CELIAC PROBLEM AND I AM NOT JUST A VEGAN JUNKIE OR SOMETHING. BEFORE I FIND IT OUT I THOUGHT THAT BLOATING AFTER EATING ( NOT BIG QUANTITIES ) WAS NORMAL. BUT IT WAS NOT!!!!!!
