That Bangin' Bolognaise... I'll be making that very soon! Yum. I've gotta ask, though. Can't you use some other method to cover the couscous while it soaks up the water? I just put a plate over it and that works fine or you could use a container with a lid if you need a seal. Cling wrap is nasty stuff, environmentally speaking. Think of the planet, guys! ;) Love your work, regardless. :D

yes we usually use a plate now! This is quite an old video so we used cling film but we now like to avoid that where possible. 😊

I wish I could make your guys stuff, I just have no idea what I'd use to substitute onions. :( A little too much olive oil for me but scaling back should be simple.

Would love to see some wfpb oil free/coconut milk/yoghurt/cream free refined sugar/maple syrup etc free processed food/bread/pasta free recipes from you guys. So just fruit veg grains mushrooms legumes etc etc
