Hey, hab den workout heute gemacht und muß sagen das ich erst dachte 2 Kilos ehrlich ? Bin jedoch froh das es nicht mehr waren. Das kann natürlich Jeder selbst entscheiden für mehr schwerere Gewichte sich zu entscheiden. Was ich tat. Spitze workout liebe dieses Format. Man hat 60 Minuten, am Ende von diesen weiss man was man getan hat. Mach weiter so!!! Liebe Grüße aus Bayern 😊

Im so glad i found your channel, i wanted to join burn boot camp this year and get in shape for my 45th bday and just overall, because I understand that fitness is a marathon not a sprint. However my son was diagnosed with a blood cancer this year and needs a marrow transplant, your videos allow me to exercise at home, which saves so much time. You're challenging and your format is amazing and well organized (the visual cues etc.). Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Went back to this one today as I wanted a longer cardio that wasn't SUPER high intensity and this fit the bill. Great workout and a good sweat!!! Do you think you can do another AMRAP sometime soon? I love your longer strenght and conditioning workouts but sometimes those 30 minute AMRAPS are killer!!! :) Thank you Kay!!
WOOOOW this one was intense. Loved that combination of two similar exercises but one with and one without weight it really made the workout flying by. Thank you so so so much KayKay for helping me becoming the best and strongest version of myself !!!

I just had lasik surgery and the doctor said no heavy lifting for a while so this is perfect ❤❤ thank you for these longer workouts!! I want to stay in shape even though i can't work out hard core like I want right now
Loving your longer sessions! This one went by quickly even thought there weren't different sections in it. Adapted my 2x5kg and it was a killer! Planned to do the newest tabata straight after but let's see 😂 Thank you so much for these! ❤
