Philo is awesome. Met him at goat hill this year. He spent so much time talking to fans, more than any other player I saw. A true legend and one of my favorite players in the game.
Then we were there at the same time. That’s when I met him. Goat Hill was an experience. I met Ezra, GG, and Philo. Dapped up Anthony Barrela. They have a part two coming up in October.
I’m a big fan of this. Philo was the right person to start it off. He set the tone with his charisma. I can’t wait to see others have they shot at this.
Philo is a great teacher. I've learned a lot from his videos and commentating. Nose angle and bracing are 2 big things I am working on to increase distance. The comparison to a baseball pitcher really clicked in my mind. I think my arm motion is either before or at the time of when I plant my last step. Going to try planting first than "breaking down the door" with my pull through.
Thank you Philo! I really appreciate you sharing your advice. I have slowed down my game. I have never played this well or had this much fun. Philo Rocks!
That was awesome Philo. I certainly hope there's a next time! How do you determine how fast a certain disk's speed is? How hard to throw it to gain it's defined flight?
12:52 "You show up, you play your leave, Au Revoir" ... next question.. is this Jesus Brode or Jesuis Brode... haha that had me Je suis Brode "I am Brode in french"
Not really. Though I throw forehand approach at certain angles and distances with Caiman rather than AviarX3. Even wraiths are just a grip thing for me since some of the destroyers are super understable after few hundred throws in the woods or rocky courses.
@@StarScream0722 sidewinder was the first disc I fell in love with when I started playing, still have one in the bag for certain shots, I think that and the roadrunner, which ever you prefer, are the best woods drivers when you need something to get up and glide for a bit with little run up or standing throws from the pad, tunnel shots.
